The Thugs were just round 350HAM, 3 of them. Killed them in a couple of shots ;P and mission complete, should change it to 1 person, not 1-2. Reward: 1500$ from Veers, my friend ;)                                                   

When given the mission it now says:

"Since the other operatives will be able to clear the way for you, all you have to do is identify Borvo - a Twi'lek -, and kill him. If there any guards nearby, do not allow Borvo to escape in the crossfire. You are dismissed."

So it looks like it's changed from talking to him, to killing him.            

I had to kill him too, I didn't even have an option to converse with him. I got my reward and the quest finished though, so perhaps there was a change.                                                   

Not sure if it makes a difference but I was overt when I took the mission:

I was ordered to kill him. When I checked the info in my datapad it said APPREHEND in caps but I had no option to talk to him and it let me continue on to the next.

The funny part is that Veers said Vader had a "show of anger" and killed the messenger when he heard we killed the wrong guy. LOL

At any rate it went on to the next mission with no problems.

I had 3 thugs, all about 250 HAM and agro. Nuked them all and returned to Veers, quest completed.

Reward: 40 Imp FP and a 5 use Thermal Detonator. Armor Piercing: Medium, Speed 6.0, Damage: Blast 70-280, Radius: 7.0, Wound: 7.0%, Range: -10/10/-30, Cost: 97/97/45
