Before doing these quests, you need to do the quests by Kaja, Loam, Hethrir and Thrawn, in that order.

There is a set of rebels located at the waypoint. Kill them all, return to Veers for more instructions. If you have a Probot, this is easy.

I only killed the Rebel who had around 2500HAM, the other two weren�t close to him and did nothing.
