Simple mission.  She's a thug. No way to talk with her.

What you get, is a Dud Firework. Probably could have done it more to add to my collection, but forgot, being in a hurry. Oops.

it's a bug... once you get to Thrawn.. run all the way to the left on the balcony then come back to him... you can get the missions then... have to do it each time you talk to him...
                                                   

damit .. everytime i want to get this mission the window where i can accept the mission disappears so fast, i cant click anything, so i cant accept this mission
                                                   

every time i try to talk to thrawn it tells me he is out of range...argh!
