Before doing these quests, you need to do the quests by Kaja, Loam and Hethrir, in that order. Captain Thrawn is on the balcony inback of the retreat. You access it by going through the door right next to Lord Hethrir's door, then going down the hallway and making the first left at the fork the going straight out the small door. He's standing (currently naked and blue) next to Colonel Veers outside. He's a bit nicer, but in a mean way.
Captain Dolman's shuttle has been shot down. You head out to your waypoint and pick him up, take him back to the Captain for a nice reward. Easy escort mission.
Simple escort mission. No guards.
Reward: 10 Imp FP and a Curved Sword. Armor Piercing: None, Speed: 4.0, Damage: Kinetic 17-70, Wound: 12.0%, Range 3/3/3, Cost: 23/52/32
i am having the same problem most people are having about trying to get thrawn to show up. i hope that there is a nice fix to this problem because i am getting very furstrated with these little problems.
I have come across a new bug i guess...I find him, he has clothes on, he is blue, but when i start talking to him, the bubble comes up, but the options to select the mission or deny it, or stop conversing does not come up at all.

I've snuck into the retreat and was trapped for days. Thrawn was Blue, Bald and totaly nude. no white boxers, no white wife beater shirt. Nude! Naked! and genitaless.

I also encountered this bug where you dont get to choose your options with the quests. I believe that it is because of 2 factors - the closeness of the two npcs to each other and/or the closeness to the edge of the verandah. (or the stability of the verandah picture itself...)
As a solution I tried various positions around thrawn to ask for the quest and when that didnt work I clicked on him once got his message and then /logout immediately and relogged. I was then able to click on the npc and get the proper options for the quest.
This has worked for me thru all of the thrawn quests and the first of the veers quest I have no doubts that it will be thru all the veers quests as well.
i can't seem to accept this mission .....it wont give me a waypoint because the window that asks me too accept this mission or not wont come up......ive finish all the other before him and he says he has work for me but just can accept my guess is its a bug....if anyone knows anything let me know
I got the same thing. I did all the other in order. Look like a bug to me since i am able to see the selection menu for about 1/2 a second. I you fond a way email me
