This mission will randomly spawn a rebel sympathizer plus two or three (I've had both) Rebel Corporal's to guard him. They are all white to a group of three with specialist level skills, but if you eliminate the Corporal's first, you can then engage the Sympathizer alone.

Imperial Sector police have recorded a conversation detailing someone hiring an assassin to murder the Moff. The Empire needs you to track down this person that paid for the contract and retrieve the evidence. Will you do so?" Kaja Or'Zee says to Sace Delora.

You say, "Yes, I will track him down for the Empire.

"Very good, then. He will probably still have receitpts of his payment to the assassin, so detain him so that you can bring him and his records here. If he does not cooperate, you are authorized to use force if necessary. Here is the location where our droids have last spotted him. Please make haste." Kaja Or'zee says to Sace Delora.

After traveling for roughly 40 seconds via Speederbike, you come across Rebel Sympathizer (2848 HAM) accompanied by Rebel Corporal (2532 HAM) Rebel Trooper (2631 HAM) Rebel Medic (3030 HAM) and Rebel Corporal (2937 HAM). HAM Values likely very by encounter.

"Sorry, but you're in the way. I guess I'll charge them for you too." Rebel Sympathizer says.

Attack the Rebel Sympathizer, and this will cause the remaining rebels to aggro on you as well. You may choose to work on them from a distance one at a time, but I just went in with a series of Spin Attacks and they fell around me. I received roughly 13 Imperial Faction and lost 19 Rebel Faction for each NPC killed during this mission.

Return to the Emperor's Retreat for your Reward. You will notice a Corrupt Datadisk in your Inventory, whether you looted it from the Rebel Sympathizer or not.
