Nien Nunb is located in the Cantina. It is likely that you have to do all of the rebel base quests before doing these quests.

When I first ried this mission my buddy accidentally killed the engineer. The next day i tried to do the mission again but the engineer does not show up at the wp. I destroyed the wp and tried it again but still the same deal. Can anyone help me with this?
Quest completed AFTER the publish 6/themepark reset. This was a simple delivery mission with no spawned opposition. I found the Engineer there the first time. Recieved a reward of 750 credits. Aggressive mobs spawning near your Engineer's waypoint may be killing your contact before you arrive. While completing the other missions, I have seen a few Engineers out there. Good luck...
On the other hand.... I have had the same missing contacts at waypoints while attempting to complete the last Han Solo mission so maybe the quests ARE intermittently broken
I've tried to complete this mission 3 times on Aug 27, and all 3 times the engineer is not at the wp. Am I doing something wrong or have other people had this bug where the Engineer doesnt' show up. I have noticed that every time the wp is between a lot of reds, is it possible for the red mobs to kill him?
