You say, "Ok, I'll go to Naboo for you...
Vurlene says, "That is great news. Ok, this book mentions a "Gungan" on Naboo. He is a holy man of his people by the name of Skub. He is said to have discovered a form of algae with healing properties similar to the derivative elements of bacta. The difference is I believe this particular algae would be well suited to the environs of Dathomir. Travel to Naboo, find this "Gungan" and return with a sample of the algae."
(Off to Naboo.. I am (was) 5k+ Gungan faction also. Mauler's were there (Lord, Acolyte, and regular.) and attacked on sight. Skub was in the gungan sacred place. (POI) and communications were short.)
Skub say, "Look at de beeyutiful nature. So calm."
Skub: I believe I have what you need. (you gain 'A Jar of Algae')
Return to the person who gave you this task to receive your reward. (Back To Dathomir...)
(Not a happy moment when I found out I had to do it all over again..)
Vurlene says, "Well, maybe this task was tougher than I thought. Perhaps you will try again?"
(Confused I try to drop the jar on her like you do in the disc faction missions... No joy... I converse again... )

(AAAAHHH!!!!!... Accept the mission.... again.... then tried immediate re-converse...)
Vurlene says, "Oh, and one other thing: try to keep the algae in a dark place when you are transporting it.
(She could have told be before I left.... /grumble...)
(repeat mission... This time I put the Algae in my Equipment Travel Pack... I first tried to drop the Algae on her like the discs, just incase that's the catch... Nothing happened... So I tried converse...)
Same result. Either there is another catch or the mission is bugged... I can't afford to keep traveling like that right now so I'm not trying again for a little while... But here's the info I have so far...
Wanna know how you keep the Algea fresh? 2 words: Storage droid. As soon as you get the Algea put it in a droid, store the droid, go to Vurlene, get ti out of the droid while in front of Vurlene and give it to her. |
