He is at -275, -4720. Cousin of Han, who knows but he's in a nameless, guild-like building near one of the shuttle ports. He says that a Selonian terrorist has been located and is outside of town. Your job is to whack the NPC. Basically a destroy mission.

My character found the terroist, Faleera Tuhlnya, located approximately 1.5-2 km ESE of the city. She does not have a lot of HAM and is an easy (too easy?) target to take out. Unfortunately some mob attacked me the first time I tried and subsequently lagged out. Logging back in I was able to find and terminate her.
