Talking to Thracken after bringing Jermo Tharrn back for questioning:

"We are checking on some leads we got from your last mission, but meanwhile I want you to pursue another problem. No questions this time. Will you do it or not?"

he says (if you say Yes)

"Fine his name is Tormyll Fassoola, and his blackmailing days are numbered. Find him and bring me the disk he is using to blackmail the Diktat."

Tormyll is blue to pistol spec and I found him alone.

Upon returning to Thracken he says "Cover up. Hah! Feeble dodge."

There was no reward.
