I think that I saw Lady Hutt in the back of the Cantina in Tyrena (Naritus server).

In quests 2, 3, and 4 for Talon, he gave me bogus coordinates (run out to them and there's nothing there) the first try on each quest.  To fix this, I just ran back--annoyed--and deleted the coordinates from my datapad. I then started the quest again, and he gave me coordinates that were slightly different but the NPC(s) were there.

Some more info:
In quest 3, there are two Hutt thugs that charge you when you get close to the courrier. Both conned white to me, with a curved sword and Expert 1H Sword skill. They went down pretty easily and each gave a -90 Jabba faction hit with +70 to some group I'd never heard of. You then speak to the courrier who tells you that you've made the worst mistake of your life, and head back for your reward. (200 creds for the first quest, 400 for the second, 800 for this one, and 1600 for the fourth if you do them all).

for quest 4, you're sent to deliver a package containing a chemical virus that needs to be researched to an NPC outside of town. I was attacked by one Hutt thug this time, same as each of the thugs in quest 3, though there was another hostile guy standing nearby that didn't charge me (I may have just gotten lucky). Hand in the package then return for your reward. Talon didn't give any further leads and wouldn't talk to me at all after this.

There were two thugs at the waypoint which I killed. (and took a Jabba faction hit for)  I spoke to the courier and he told me I had made a big mistake and then Gotowork. But, it did finish the quest and Karrde rewarded me when I got back. Also, I did the fourth quest, but when I completed that one, Karrde wouldn't speak to me anymore.            

I got to the courier and killed him, looted the body and didn't find anything of value. The waypoint remained over his dead body until it disappeared, then the waypoint just sat there over nothing. The territory was extremely hostile to me and I was lucky to get out without getting killed. Boo to this quest, good luck completing it.
