I am TK 3,2,2,2 and i did this mission, granted i died twice, but KD-Dizzy works wonders on those dark troopers, espeically if you attack one witha  rifle, then ruan away till they stop chasing you, then run back and you can fight them one-on-one. took a while but it is possible.                         

I did it with Pistol 4 and and a swoop bike. Easy to bleed the suckas and kite around till they have 1 Health left, then drop them with body shot. I had no help from anybody or anything. I'm still a Master Merchant and Architect :)

You can complete it without being a CH.  I did it (prolly with help from a doctor) as a novice carbinier. So it is possible...can't remember the reward, but I know I did it 'cause Garm says "check in with me later and I might have something for you to do"
