thrid quest works as of this date goes like this: Ah there's my go-getter, how do you fell about delivering another message for me? I am much more confident of your abiltys over my own staff. Whata say?
Jeter Corona is the next guy who you meet he has 3 bandits on him from the start who attack and try to kill him, gota be fast. try circleing around to the rear of the mission and get the thugs first

I finally beat it also. Although Krast tells you to come back and he might have another job for you, he refuses to talk to you after this mission, so either that is the end of this series or it's broken.                                      

I finally completed this mission after several tries which was quite frustrating. To complete it, I turned the radar scope to a very close range (about 64m or 32m scale), so that I could see the thugs pop up BEFORE I could see Jeter. I could then take out the 3 thugs one by one without getting Jeter killed.
