Details:

He's actually in the Capitol building, not the catina. He gives out 5 quests, the last one is good for spawning dark troopers, which can drop holocrons.

You must first do the tasks by Irenez and then you can do these:

First quest is to go and escort someone with valuable information back to him. This is an easy one - just watch out for other players who fire at anything that they have the option to fire at. I had to do this 3 times, finally running through Coronet screaming "DON'T KILL HIM! I'm questing!"

By: Anonymous Score: Default [2.00]	If mission spawns in a wierd location (i.e. in a building) just go back and say u can't do the mission right now and then immediately converse and reset the mission. It will spawn in a different place

I still get the same response from him as if I never did the Irenez missions (she says she has given me clearance to talk to him.) I figure one of 2 things... a bug or I have to be a Rebel. Can anyone confirm the Rebel one? I'm neutral right now.

By: Anonymous Score: Default [2.00]	No you dont. I also did the second part where you have to bring back a datadisk to garm. Not hard. Except those 3 stormtroopers with a lot of HP. I cant do the 3rd part as there wasnt the person i had to kill under the waypoint.
