Comment: I hate really laggy cities. Anyway, other than running into a squad of Stormtroopers (ooops!), who was nearby, it wasn't that difficult with a Headshot2. My worry was whether those Stormtroopers were going to assist or not. :D The message of the data disk, is a request for the elimination of the slicer known as Fugue. Possibly a tie-in with Noren's quests.

I think it might be fixed, i ran thru it today, without any problems at all

Didina (Actual spelling of her name) is in the hotel in Tyrena.  The location in the description is accurate. She gives you a waypoint (-6052, -3333) for Bin Huusir. Con was blue to me with Carbine Specialist and Expert Ranged, but she was a very easy kill. I'd say approximately the difficulty of a Vrelt or Paralope. If you approach, she will attack you. I didn't try attacking her from afar.

Unfortunately, after killing Bin, the game says to return to Didina for your reward, but when you get to her, she asks for a data disc that you don't recieve. Broken methinks.
