The developers must of had a LOT of free time and zero imagination to have added so much or this junk to the game...                                                                

Personally, I thought this set of quests would make a great opportunity to build up some Selonian faction points.  No dice on that, and no new quests in quite some time. Kirkin still has the blue quest symbol over her head, but when you speak to her after completing all three quests she says "I have no further crises to trouble you with at this time. I wish you well" or something along those lines.

located in Cantina in Coronet city.
Gives out decorations.
Speakers, Shasi (bong?), some bits to read broken holo's, and gives bits of broken holo's aswell.
Maybe more stuff.
Good missions, tricky dealing with thugs, but I completed after a couple of tries.                         

It's a three-stage quest with, as usual, no reward other than getting some story dialog. The first part is an escort; you find the person in the wilderness and lead them back. A thug spawned as I approached the waypoint, which was expected based on the dialog. The second quest was a basic pickup. I had to do it twice, because, the first time, I accidently had the NPC targeted when a bocatt jumped me. :( The third quest is a 'rescue', you find the person and kill two thugs, then lead them back. You are then told he has no further work for you. Quests like this with no object reward or faction points would be good candidates for badges.

I had the problem of the NPC attacking me, but that was a month ago                                                                

I just completed this mission. It took me 2 times to be able to retrieve the holodisk because I would show up to the waypoint and there would be no NPC there. On the second try, I was able to get the disk and return it to Kirkin. It may still be bugged though, because I got no reward, not even a measly 75cr. I'm still working on the 3rd mission she gives which seems to be a rescue mission for the NPC you had to meet in the first quest.

Definately bugged.  I tried this a few times and each time the person who was supposed to give me the Holodisk attacked me when I got near. They also had no converse option.
