OMG! Is this a joke?.... ok I will take the ban..................................It's bad enough that this stupid game is all but broken and the devs are fixing crap that totally doesn't matter . While all at the same time adding an expansion for this game when the one they have going now barely works while the regular game is still broken.

 

Now we have a dev who is incharge of making this hmmm piece of crap. And he don't know how it works either. Better yet he knew better then to send in a ticket to a csr to ask because he knew he would get the "we don't care forum letter" ROFL



1) You should get your facts right before you jump to conclusions.  There is more then one programing team that works on SWG, so the expansion and the team that fixes the bugs are two sperate teams.  Yes bugs suck but live with them,  no on-line game, is EVER bug free!!!

2) I love to see all the people that whine about this game, the bugs, ect, but yet for some reason never cancel thier accounts.

What's really funny is that from all appearances almost all combat related SEAs currently don't do anything right now anyways, so it really won't matter which skillmod sticks in SWG-Goliath's slot.  Sure, the mod will show up in your character sheet, and in other client-side references, but as far as I'm aware, almost all SEAs haven't been having any effect in combat for months.  If you're still reading this thread SWG-Goliath, why don't you pass the word onto the other devs to actually fix SEAs.

don't listen to any of the infomation giving here.  your rifle speed will not stick.   the player base has no clue what they are talking about.  don't know why you are asking for help.   you have not be listening to the player base for over 2 years.

Not everyone knows everything. Maybe he felt that it would be better time spent querying the user community that so often whines about lack of communication and interaction with developers for a question that would distract the real code writers from coding.

I doubt he actually writes code btw. He is an artist. Its likely that in this size of a program/system they use a program to render the images he draws into code that is used by the graphics engine. But then again I don't know so I cant criticize.

And back on topic, If you have one slot and put a 3 mod SEA in that piece of clothing/armor you will get to keep the top one on the list. Tried that with a carbine/something else attachment. The carbine +7 stuck and it was the top one in the list, the other mod was something +8.

And my +25 in carbine speed tapes work great. The toolar icons dial up a lot faster when I'm equipped. Although it's very noticable because the character they're on is 0110 carbineer right now. When you double your speed, you notice. But with the diminishing returns of the CU, +25 weapon, stacked on your own +90 weapon and +40 general you just don't get the same proportional bonus.

Forgive us for our well deserved pessimism. The game is better, but there is much that needs to be done... and by that I dont mean some lame expansion.
