What I was trying to say was mis read I can see.
I'll explain it alittle more in detail sorry for not explaining it right the first time.
1. Joe blow comes to town cloned off world and your city is so big it takes a full burst run to go from one end to the center of town.
2. He makes your militia mad and gets ban'ed but can stay around shouting insults.
3. He's warned and is only given 30 secs to leave town. This is how its actually working.
4. He trys to run and gets incaped in 1 shot by a master weaponsmith who used to weild a scatter pistol but traded it for a crafting tool.
5. Master weaponsmith then deathblows the baned and warned person thinking he would clone at wayfar. Only he can not clone in wayfar because ive died before outside my city within range of the clone facility and only one that shows up as closest and insured at facility is my towns facility. We are close enough to wayfar that wayfar was the closest facility.
6. Master weaponsmith is surprised to see him respawn in the same spot attackable again.
7. Joe blow shouts an insult again, thinking hes fine, only to find out master weaponsmith incaps and deathblows him again.
8. Just because he was stupid the first 2 times master weaponsmiths decides to deathblow him again.
9. The guy finaly leaves town still attackable and only able to walk out of town because they've killed his mount.
Does this help explain what "could" happen and hopefully show a bug or two in the system that is supposed to be 2mins?
I dont mean for this to sound like im raging on dev team or calling anyone dumb, infact im trying to explain it in a way I can hopefully show you that something is broken somewhere.
I think my first post was poorly done and didnt get my point across, hard to do in text but dewy knows im never good at it.
