They exist....i've seen screenshot's of them and seen updates on how they were not wearable before but now they are
Being a master pilot i'd like to get my trigger happy hands on one and if i have to destroy 5000blacksun ships to get it I will......has anyone confirmed where/how you can get them and have you gotten one yet??

That is realy odd since a Dev just posted on the issues thread saying the BlackSun Helmets are now being added (were not in game before although the artwork was in). They also just said they are fixing them to be worn. The Hutt Helm is the Master Privateer according to that.

I have no clue where ti get the black sun Helmet but I do plan to find out sometime soon. If I had to guess maybe it is loot but that doesn't sound right.
The Hutt Helm is said to be the reward for the Freelance pilot master mission (This from a Dev so I beleive it).

Yeah, that's what it says now in the 11.2 preview. They also eliminated all references to the Black-Sun helmet (although it made it into the live patch notes). Regardless of the patch notes however, the Privateer Ace helmet still has no references to Jabba, and it still isn't wearable to nonhumans/zabraki.
Sorry for the confusion. The art was completed to make those helmets wearable by all species except Wookiees and Ithorians, but the data hasn't been updated so that you can equip those items yet.
The "Hutt fighter helmet" is the Privateer Ace Helmet.
The Black Sun fighter helmet isn't in the game yet.
We're fixing the data now (and adding the Black Sun helmet to the game).
11.2 Preview:
Hutt fighter helmets is now able to be worn by all playable species except Wookiees and Ithorians. The "Hutt fighter helmet" is the Privateer Ace Helmet.
ok cool so the blacksun helm has not been added....until recently..
the HUTT helm is the "freelance master pilot helm"
and no one has any info as to how you get the blacksun helm.....
be nice if there was a long indepth quest to get it to add some more content to the JTL package
if it's jsut luck in looting it off a dead space ridden corpse of a blacksun....well i got some hunting to do

It will be a loot drop, added in publish 1.3. A rare one. And it looks very cool, too. It is not no-trade and it isn't Privateer-only.

Assuming you meant 11.3 and not 1.3 Mr Freeman... hehe sry I had to HL2 just came out today and I was playing before I went to work.
