Jump to Lightspeed and FS Slot
- In preperation for Jump to Lightspeed we have deposited 100,000 Credits into every players bank account this is so that everyone can get a ship and start right off!
-Banned several players suspected for duping 100,000 credits
-Added the Village of Aurillia
-To Enter the Village of Aurillia you must master 32 proffesions to unlock your Village Slot
-Merged Dancer and Musician and completely Removed Commandos (We never really liked them)
-Once you have unlocked your Village Slot you may grind the equivalent of 40 proffesions xp, complete the padawan trials grind millions more xp
Server Side Improvments
-Upgraded Mainframe to Ti83 Plus ( well be raffling off the old Ti83 to whoever can guess this publishes mystery nerf)
-Rolled back Bria to November 13th 2003
-After listening to the outrageous community response on the above issue we rolled back all other servers to October 31st 2003
-Plugged in Tempest
-Upgraded from 56k internet to personal DSL
Performance issues
-Decreased graphics detail
-Game now requires a special SOE Graphics card which can be bought from the station store for $100
-Card is based on ATI RAGE 2 with 16 megabytes of VRAM and a 44 mhz GPU
-In order to balance the game for 56 k players put a script in place to auto lag all high speed internet users
Proffession Balances
-Removed lightsabers and replaced them with a baseball bat attainable through a quest which will be added in publish 12
-Replaced force powers with the former commando specials (we had to do something with them)
-Gave Rangers Certification for Flame Thrower
-Balanced this change by giving them no Accuracy mods and a +3 speed at novice
-Awarded All Fencers Rifleman and Combat medics a special FOTM badge
-Bugged the badge giving script
-Introduced 5 new Exploits into the FRS System
-Lowered xp Requirments for the FRS System
-Removed Jedis ability to go Overt
-Added Headshot 4 at master rifleman 3x damage Head Shot 3 with the possibility of causing a 880 mind pool tick Fire/Bleed/Poison/Disease
-Created a rebel hat for purchase from recruiter
-Bugged the rebel hat

-To Balance the two factions we have decided to remove both hats
-All players now have 3 lots
-All buildings taking up more than 3 lots will be destroyed
