Technically, this one is considered to be pants, however it looks like a skirt so I've included it in that category.

This item uses 2 instances of cloth - one 2 sheet slot and one 3 sheet slot. One waste sheet on a single bonus, three waste sheets if a bonus is doubled, or two different synthetic bonuses are chosen.
