Short Skirt

Technically - this one is classed as pants - why, we aren't real sure.

Uses two instances of cloth, one single sheet and one 2 identical sheet slot. No waste on a single bonus, one waste sheet on a doubled bonus - or if two seperate bonuses are chosen.
