Since the other post was deleted since it wasnt a game guide, This post will be. I will answer any questions you have about the Jetpack crafting process and how to get there.
BUT BEWARE...
The process is bugged and doesnt let you complete it, it just eats your components. I would not try to craft one until a Dev responds and either says its fixed or they will replace the items if the process fails (which it will).
So to start and to make it a guide:
-We got the stabilizer off a high level NPC like a Wraith in the Mines the third day the dungeon was open. -Binary Liquid was gotten within that week on a raid I was not on, but it was either the Overlord or a Wraith that dropped that. -Protective Liquid Coating we bought from someone else on Radiant 2.5 months later. Mainly cause it wouldnt drop off anything we killed after a week of constantly being down there. -Other jetpack components were gotten out of crates within the Bunker. -Need a DE to open the door. -Need a Master Artisan to craft the Jetpack. -They can be 2 different people. -As soon as you drop all 6 components onto the crafting droid, baddies will spawn into the room. Be ready.
I will answer questions as they come, but remember... THE END PROCESS IS BROKEN. At this point in time its IMPOSSIBLE to make a Jetpack.

What we got them off of, in the same order: Crate in the Bunker. Spawns every 30 min or so. Crate in the Bunker. Spawns every 30 min or so. Crate in the Bunker. Spawns every 30 min or so. Quest within the bunker started with the Lead Miner in the Mines. Looted off Black Sun NPCs on high end planets like Dath and Yavin. Looted off a NPC in the Mines. Rarest loot in the game imo.

This thread will be deleted as well. SOE has been caught in a lie, and they're going to do everything in their power to cover it up.
I'll bet you that in 2-3 weeks, they'll complete the testing for the Jetpack, and they'll either sneak it in with a mini-publish (as they are fond of doing...Luke Skywalker, anyone?), or they'll tell us that it was a bug, and they've fixed it as soon as they could. :/

GarVa for prez, btw another raiding party had the same issue while trying to craft mando armor.
Now to add to the guide, it helps to have a key or 2 before making the attempt to craft, that way in case anyting happens you'll have extra time to get to the room.
