- Speed cap happens when you can swing any weapon at 1 shot per second using any swordsman special.
To cap speed you need +95 speed, a Acklay Powerhammer (slowest hammer you will find) is usually 6.1sp and caps at +95. The actual speed cap is +100 but that is only needed if you find a weapon that is 10.0speed (doesnt happen).
Master Swordsman is +75 speed
Master Brawler is +5 speed
Force Sensitive Speed is +12 speed

I have the FS skills/M Brawler/M Swordsman and in the combat tab I swing a 3.8 speed PH at once per second. A PH with a dmg slice I seem to swing slightly less fast, but still faster than most. Just my observations.

But wait, that is too simple. So if i have Master swordsman and master marksman, I need +26 to cap my 2.2 speed sythe?
You make my brain bleed.
There should be no questions in this thread. Everything is answered in the first post. If you have ANY questions, use the speed calc link.
Umm...sorry man. I thought the master marksman bit would give away the fact that i was being sarcastic. I threw the +26 speed bit in just in case the marksman didn't stick (kinda like doing two intimidates).
i may be wrong, but i'm quite sure that FS speed doesnt add directly onto 2h speed... ie +75 2h and +12 FS does not equal +87 total. it sort of works in conjunction with it... can anyone confirm?
What's the point of stickying it? No one reads stickies, they "don't have time" or are "in a hurry to figure out, so I can't take the 3 seconds to look at top of page, or look at the bazillion other posts asking the same question". I do think this should be stickied, for one reason only, we can then say RTSN(Read the stickies noob).

You kill things. Lots and lots and lots of things. Then you get a skill attachment the doesnt have a broken mod (yay! volley fire +3!), and your happy. Or real answer, kill NPC's, the + mod is dependant on the level. If you fight in full armor see about finding 3-4 +1's to throw in your bracers and bicep armor.

I heard +12 melee speed add 12% bonus to whatever your current melee speed up to cap (not +12 Two-handed speed in the case of a swordsman). So 75 x .12 = +8.9 at master swordsman, giving you the equivalent of 84 2-handed speed.
To cap speed you need +95 speed, a Acklay Powerhammer (slowest hammer you will find) is usually 6.1sp and caps at +95. The actual speed cap is +100 but that is only needed if you find a weapon that is 10.0speed (doesnt happen).
Don't forget, if you put a powerup on that 6.1 speed hammer, you can get it down to 5.1, so you only need +92 speed.
