As a change of pace from what I was normally doing in the game, I decided to go looking for Goru so I could get my hands on a Zicx Bug-Bomb.. just to be able to have it. With a quantity of only 5.. they're almost too precious to even consider using them in battle. So onto the guide..

The patch notes and the hot spots page on SWG.com states that Goru is in hiding somewhere on Rori. Well.. all I needed to see was the image of him and I knew he was in a city. I tried Narmle first.. and lo and behold, I found him right there beside the starport inside a gate. I was shocked to find him in the city, I thought he'd actually be hiding somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Exact waypoint is (-5430, -2241).

So you talk to him and he thinks you're here to kill him. No doubt he's made quite a few enemies, anyway. I chose the second response in conversation, informing him that I was here to have him make me a special weapon. He tells me that he needs two ingredients to make it for me - a healthy sample of live Zicx bugs and Sarlacc bile. I asked him where I get the bugs, he tells me to go see his friend Jowir Ar'Lensa in Wayfar, Tatooine. Goru also gave me a calling card of his so Jowir will know what I have come to see him for.

After a bit of searching Wayfar, not to mention the long and tiring walk from Bestine.. I found Jowir to be located at (-5251, -6551). He told me that he would give me a sample of live Zicx from his personal collection if I did one favor for him - get a spice off of a Valarian assassin. The target was just outside the city and didn't take that long. When I returned to him, I was rewarded with the Zicx bugs as promised. All that was left was Sarlacc bile.

This step didn't take too long. The Sarlacc Pit is located at (-6183, -3371), which is about a 10 min walk north of Wayfar. If you've never seen the Sarlacc, then I guess now is a good time. It's a neat little POI, even if you can no longer walk into it. It just flails its tentacles, no harm will come to you at all from being near it. Walk up to it and choose Extract Bile from the radial menu. You now have the ingredients needed for Goru to make you a Zicx Bug-Bomb. Return to Goru in Narmle and drag/drop both the Sarlacc Bile and Zicx Bugs onto him. He will then ask you to give him a minute to compile the ingredients. Converse with him after this and 5 Zicx Bug Bombs will be placed into your inventory. Don't be fooled by its looks, a skilled Commando could wreak havoc with this weapon. It has a minimum damage of 370 and a max damage of 580, with a Medium armor piercing rating.

And there you have it.

Correction:  The Sarlacc DOES hurt you, it only doesnt if you are wearing the protective overalls you got in the zicx quest.  THat prevents you from getting hurt.

Im waiting for the angles of Avalon, Im waiting for the eastern glow.

So is it true that only commandos can use these bombs? So trappers cant use them (scout tree)? If only commandos can use them, anybody wanna buy some Zicx Bug Bombs???
