After all of the intrigue, mystery, rumors, and bologna, I finally figured out how to get these three items. 1. To get the Lithitanium Rifle (well the quest one versus the looted one...lol), you must talk to Victor while he is mayor and get his quest. His quest is to kill the Tusken Executioner at Fort Tusken. The Tusken Executioner is around the pool in the cave underneath Fort Tusken. The Tusken Executioner drops the Tusken Executioner head everytime. You go back to Victor (while he is still mayor of Bestine) and give him the head and you get your Lithitanium Rifle. 2. To get the Lithitanium Carbine, at Fort Tusken around the pool in the cavern underneath Fort Tusken, there is the Tusken Witch Doctor. The Witch Doctor drops a smooth stone (not everytime!). Only when Sean is mayor will a named NPC with (merchant) will spawn behind the museum at Bestine (He isn't there from time to time). Talk with him (or her) and exchange your smooth stone for a Lithitanium Carbine. 3. To get the Marauder Armor Chest Plate (actually anyone can wear it, even jedi since it really isn't armor), at Fort Tusken around the pool in the cavern underneath Fort Tusken, there are several Tusken Observers who spawn. They drops a carved stone (not everytime!). Only when Sean is mayor will a named NPC with (merchant) will spawn behind the museum at Bestine. Talk with him (or her) and exchange your carved stone for a Marauder Armor Chest Plate. 4. On occasion the Tusken Executioner, Witch Doctor, or Observer drops the Black Metal Gaderiffi Baton (has a different bio from the regular Gaderiffi Baton). NOTE: These special Tuskens only spawn twice after a server restart. They spawn sometime after server restart and if you kill them, they will spawn only once again and not again until after the server restarts. I would say you must be at least level 60 or so because the Tusken Executioner and Witch Doctor are elite NPCS. Again, the Executioner always drops a head, the Witch Doctor and Observers rarely drops their smooth and carved stones respectively, maybe once in ten spawns. Although if the Witch Doctor drops the Smooth Stone, at least one Observer will drop a Carved Stone from my experience Also, the Tusken Executioner Head, Smooth Stone, and Carved Stone are No Trade Items, although you could drop them in your own house.
