Multiple Accounts Requests & Other Account Issues
Updated January 30, 2011
The SWGEmu Staff
Effective Immediately: Requests for multiple users within a household and other account requests/problems should be submitted via http://support.swgemu.com. This ticket/email should come from the account holder only; not a relative or friend. If the account belongs to a minor (youth under the age of 18), a parent or guardian may communicate with us on their behalf. Correspondence that do not come from the account holder will be returned to the sender notifying them of this policy. Please title the email correctly for your particular issue! SWGEmu accounts should always be created from the account holder's place of residence.
When writing to us: Please include your account name and the account names of anyone else from your household with a SWGEmu account. Include the email address associated with each account and to whom each account belongs.
Failure to comply with all of the above will dramatically reduce our ability to provide support in a timely manner.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Update: December 31, 2012
We now require photographic evidence for requests that include more than two (3 or over) accounts for security reasons. This entails including a picture that at least assures the SWGEmu Staff team that there are as many members present as is being requested for multiple account household access. Included in this picture must be papers noting the account names, email addresses, and CD set for each account. Each account will have to have their own legitimate CD for play just like any other SWGEmu member is required to play with, as copyright laws lend to personal use; each person must have their own set, no exceptions.
