    Our Support (ticket) System is not receiving email responses, so even though users are able receive our replies to their tickets by email, they will not be able to respond by email, or we wont receive their reply to be exact. Users will have to log into the Support System to reply back to their tickets.

    Once again, DO NOT reply to your tickets via email, we are not receiving your replies. Instead DO log in to the Support and leave your reply that way.

    We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope we will be able to get this fixed soon.

    Basilisk Downtime

    Basilisk downtime 06/28/14

    There seems to be an issue with the Basilisk DB so this downtime might be a bit longer than the normal crash & reboot ones. We are already working on a fix, but it is too early to give any kind of estimate how long Basilisk will remain offline.

    Please note that we don't expect a huge rollback, other than a normal one that happens after every crash/reboot. We will try to keep you updated as the situation develops.

    Also note that TC: Nova is very much online and we hope will remain that way during Basilisk downtime.

    Logon server offline

    From our host:

    Our cloud server division has reported that the dedicated server upon which all Dallas Zone A cloud servers exist is presently down for emergency maintenance. You will be notified once we receive notice that Dallas Zone A is back online again.

    Which means that even though Basilisk and TC: Nova are online, you wont be able to log in. Those lucky few that are already in logged on shouldn't log off because they wont be able to log back on again.

    Website and Database Move

    EDIT: Our global registration is still offline, we hope to have it back in working order in the next 24 hours. when Kellina shows up.

    Hello everyone,

    In an effort to cut costs we will be moving our website and database, which are currently on 100TB server in Utah. They will be transferred to a RFE Hosting VPS, located in Texas.

    When does it start and how long will Website and Database be offline?
    • Transfer will begin in a few hours.
    • We don't expect downtime to last longer than a few hours for all things on the website.

    PLEASE NOTE: Test Center Nova, Basilisk and our IRC will NOT be affected, but new members will not be able to register during that time.

    LPE not working... again

    LPE not working... again - 11/21/13

    Seems that host where LPE and patch files are stored has pulled a Houdini on us... Again. That is the reason why LPE isnt working and should not be used.
    • Those that have game client installed and working do not use LPE (ever again), just go straight to your SWGEmu folder, locate swgemu.exe and run the game like that. If you run LPE first there is a good chance you will mess up your game client.
    • Those that used LPE and it broke their game client, you can try downloading this: http://www.swgemu.com/swgemu/downloa...onfigFiles.rar and extracting everything except swgemu_login.cfg in to your C:\SWGEmu folder (replace the existing files). Or if that doesnt work you just have to wait.
    • Those that need to install or reinstall, you are out of luck, you have to wait for LPE host to fix what ever issue they have.

    And most important, why are you still using LPE? You should only use it to install SWGEmu client and never again. Always use swgemu.exe... always.

    Our logon server is currently offline, it is a server side issue so we really don't know how log this downtime will last. Please be patient, any and all updates on logon server status will be posted here.

    Update - Live Support is now back ONLINE - 08/22/13

    We seem to be experiencing some problems with our support website. At this time you can not submit a ticket nor contact our live support. We suggest either joining our IRC server (irc.swgemu.com port 6667) and asking for help there or posting in our Community support section.

    If you don't know how to join our IRC server you can find a step-by-step guide here. Once you are there, if you need help, feel free to PM Sniffer.
