edit: it is possible for these to spawn in the wild even with a weighting of 0, but only when being weighed against other lairs with a weighting of 0 (will be very rare as wild spawns)

these were added in update 13.1 with the gcw changes as the "powerful npc's" that guard the inside of the SF bases. the armor and resists i took from a video of someone examining a victory class dark trooper. as far as level and ham i tried to make an educated guess based on a few things. the video mentions the "victory class dark trooper looks like instant death". i've been trying to find more information on the ham and level of these.

also i don't have the images quiet right for the dark troopers, they are supposed to be a little bigger then the basic dark trooper skin and the glory class and triumphant class are supposed to be a little darker hue. i'm not sure how to create the correct image for them. also the rebel weapons master is supposed to be in full RIS armor (minus the helmet), again not sure how to create the correct appearance for him.

this is a work in progress, any feedback is welcomed. i'll make adjustments as i get more information on them. i posted a thread in the development forum asking for more info on these npc. and have continued to try to research more info on them. i'll post links there for any info i have on them.
