I wasn't able to verify each schematic, but I will do this... But it looks like it should be correct from the scripts, all I tested ingame were the missions themselves though I can test the schematics as well.

As far as I know, at least in the CU it was treated as an offensive debuff, that would continue to apply damage until it either wore off or the target died, it shouldn't have any bearing on the player using Force Choke, from what I could find.

It's probably best if this review gets restarted, if I ever start to work on the village again. I am going to have to reapply this patch to the latest source to start working on again though, so I'd just leave it as is for now.

I believe Taverns were addressed already, but I'm not 100% sure that the Hedon Istee quest was ever fixed, I think Bluree plans on addressing it in one of his upcoming patches, so this can be closed.

Defense Acuity might not be negated, but "saber_block" should be, at the very least. Again I haven't found proof proving it did or did not negate saber block, but from my memory at least and from the vast majority of player's memory from the boards, it shouldn't.

I agree with Yog and TheAnswer on this issue, that it should be 33% at least with Intimidate1. I've also read some sources say intim2 did 66%, but I'm very unsure of that.
