It seems to me that it was moved in to the canPerformSkill method at some point and the return was just never changed. Without the false it continues on since canPerformSkill renders true. This is the same case for the other 4 commands. If you'd like I can move this check in to the doQueueCommand method instead to keep the return value.

Heh you're telling me. I asked the same thing when I started this in opendev. That was the existing code for all dots, so I left that as the case for any non poison/disease.

I found that these changes were done in the schematic tool, so does that mean that they will change next update? They do have the desired effect when I tested them. If they were changed in the schematic tool and this isn't needed, then I can abandon the review.

I downloaded the tool, but I have not found a way to make the changes to the schematics that I have on here. I'm not sure if the tool has those options or not.

The wayback machine ate that last post which had actual potency vs resist testing done (hope it works when you go to review). I based my math off of it which showed that when the potency and resist were near equal, it was around a 50/50 chance. Then when there was around a potency over 100 more than resist the chance was 90+% and when resist was 100 or more over potency, it resisted 90+%. Hopefully that page becomes viewable again so it doesn't look like I made up the numbers randomly.

As far as the resist packs themselves, the page shows components only contributing 50% of their values to final combine, and that the final combine numbers were 1/2 of what we have now.

Just a start to commando specials. The range, weapon check, animations, combat spam, and multipliers are set. The problem that I'm working on (might be beyond my capabilities) is the fire dot. It's currently set to do full combat spam dmg when it's supposed to be 10% combat spam and a 2% wounding dot. I"ve modified it to work properly on my server, but it affects all fire dots and I'm not sure how torso shot is supposed to really work. Values taken from http://www.swgemu.com/archive/scrapbookv51/data/20070210154659/index.html. If anybody wants to help out or take what I've done and run with it, feel free.

I removed the anchors to all the other patches and uploaded a cleaner one (patchfinal). Let me know if that one gives a conflict still.

One of the fixes was apparently under another review and got committed. I removed it and uploaded a new patch with the corrections.
