Objectives
[Changed] Creatures spawning from lairs to spawn more like 14.1
Specifically, I changed the spawning from individuals to groups.
With this implementation, a lair will always have one group of mobs around it when it spawns. It will then spawn up to 2 more groups of mobs, the first when the lair is below 2/3 health, the second after the lair drops below 1/3 health.
The number of mobs in each group is variable and dependent upon the spawn limit of the lair. For lairs with a spawn limit of 15, which seems to be the norm, each group will have 3-5 mobs in it.
