There simply isn't enough info to get them exact but it's fairly clear from SWG forum archives that 90 was base, and that they dropped at least into the mid 300's without an exceptional or legendary roll. To skew them to base stats more often than random, if you roll venom ~15% drop as base stats. ~70% will drop better but only to the current cap of 194. 15% can drop better than that, if I understand the system right they should cap at about 363. My testing bears out the changes.

I admit that there is some inverse logic, I have gone by that if a claim was not ridiculous or called out as BS, that it was probably close to how it was working. Also my memory is at play, I was a crafting CM for the last few pubs.
