If you find something wrong, let me know and I'll update it.

I am changing the format going forward.  I'm going to number each bug and ask that people confirm bugs that have not been recently confirmed.  The list has grown to the point that I can't possibly test each bug every week.  So, if you would pick one bug that has not been confirmed recently (last 7 days), post the number of the bug and "confirmed", then that would help me a lot (if you do more, that's even better).  I can't give back credit for all the help (sorry).  This also helps because many bugs get fixed without being documented.  If you decide to cross-post this, please provide a link to this page.

Recently confirmed bugs
1.  When you are kicked or removed out of a Guild, you still see Guild chat until server reset
2.  Personal light turned off every time you shuttle or logout  [confirmed by The_Real_Che  3/15]
3.  Bazaar and other vendors forget the column sizing you set   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
4.  Birth date on character screen still not functioning   [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
5.  Birth Planet on character screen still not functioning  [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
6.  The option to use the Windows key in fullscreen mode is obsolete and should be removed because while it says it does something, there is no functionality  (possible mixup with 6 & 10) (updated 3/18 per JD100) [updated by MatBrown 3/22]
7.  Terrain Detail slider loses its setting after a logout on occasion
8.  Diagnose screen too small to see all types of wounds and resizing is lost each time you /diagnose  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
9.  Droid power stops reporting when it reaches 75% and the next notification is when the droid complains that it has 'low power'  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/17]
10.  Show detail world objects doesn't save from session to session is obsolete and should be removed because while it says it does something, there is no functionality  (possible mixup with 6 & 10) [confirmed by SergeAyotte  3/22] [updated by MatBrown 3/22]
11.  Private chat channels become public channels on server restart  [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
12.  Simple camera collision does not save from session to session
13.  Language settings for other languages do not stay from session to session
14.  Denial of service for entertainers is lost from session to session (making the option worthless)
15.  Sales tax not being collected (and put in the pockets of the merchants)
16.  Ticket prices for player shuttles set to 100 credits on server reset
17.  Friends listing screen is not updated (those that logout still show on list) and the only way to filter them is to click on someone and hit modify (updated)  [confirmed by The_Real_Che  3/15]
19.  Character moods not saved from session to session  [confirmed by SergeAyotte  3/22]
20.  There is about a 100-meter space (they disappear) between rendered trees far away and when they show up close to you (if you turn all the terrain settings to full - otherwise they may not be rendered at all)  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
21.  Autopull from crates for smugglers don't.....autopull
22.  Icons for items in data pad and inventory seem to change size randomly and are hard to see over time (not related to CTRL-scroll)  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
23.  Combat Queue window doesn't save position when exiting client  [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
24.  Game Tables have unusable 'use' option
25.  Big lag when leaving group
26.  Pets autostore on occasion still
27.  Bikes autostore on occasion still  [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
28.  Fountains dried up and lost their water, now is back, but they look pretty bad now because it looks solid like ice [confirmed/updated by Crimsonsplat 3/15]   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/17]
29.  Barrels for the Chef Profession are not working  - Multiplier not being taken into account
30.  Own Name/HAM bar window resets to default size and location (top-left & small) every logout when you use multiple accounts (updated)  [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
31.  Jedi can't see crystal/pearl quality on a vendor (ex. flawless, premium, good, etc)
32.  You cannot /examine yourself and read your own *bio* as others see it - not consistent  [confirmed by The_Real_Che  3/15]
33.  Enhanced Ranged Speed FS mod doesn't work
35.  When a you remove someone from the entry list on a house, it says "[person's name] has been added to the list."  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
36.  When you move a garage, it no longer works until a server reset (and has been reported to break the garage) [confirmed/updated by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
37.  When you move a cloning center, and people die, they spawn at the old location
39.  When a Jedi is deathblown by a BH and succeeds in their mission other BHs with the same Jedi target do not lose their mission on occasion
40.  Pets, droids, vehicles and ships all appear in their default colors and textures in the data pad (instead of actual color) [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/17]
41.  Jedi can permanently remove DOTs from a weapons being displayed in buildings using Cure Poison/Disease force powers
42.  Recyclers and recycler components are still bugged and un-craftable going on several weeks now
43.  Swapping weapons and clothes seems not to update on the server side resulting in everyone else seeing something that was equipped   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
46.  There still is a bug where multi-loots show as "[name of person] looted %TO" where %TO should be the name of the items (** see below)
47.  "Show waypoints on current planet only" option does not save from session to session  [confirmed by JD100  3/18]
48.  When you unclick the option "Show waypoints on current planet only" a second time, it should show all, but it doesn't show all waypoints again until you close your datapad and re-open it or click on another tab  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/17] [updated by KapowBzapp 3/18]
50.  When you click on "show waypoints on current planet only" and then you UNCLICK it, it doesn't show all waypoints again until you close your datapad and re-open it
49.  In a factory the OMU's should come out crated it does for the Light OMU's and for the Flora ones, but not the OMU's used for Fusion Gens and Heavy Harvs
52.  Tier 10 space loot worth only 500 credits to npc chassie dealers.  Just take tier 10 to a dealer and he'll offer 500c. each time  [reported by nicmo 3/18] [updated by MackAgp 3/22]
53.  Mission Lairs are despawining during battle - this was reported and then went away for a while, but now is back [confirmed by Majorxp 3/14]
54.  When in a group set to Free For All (may happen for other choices), if the group leader/looter travels to a different planet then the others in the group lose the ability to /loot or doubleclick corpse to loot. The only option available is to use the loot option from the radial. If you leave the group these loot options immediately start working again. The group leader retains the ability to /loot or doubleclick at all times.
72.  Application of customization to my R3 is very spotty. It tends to flicker on the inside of the legs and the joints   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15]  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/16]
74.  Loot kit parts no longer dropping   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15] [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
75.  Radial option to loot is very laggy at times [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/16]
76.  Helper Droid is now very difficult, if not impossible to destroy [multiple reports 3/18]
77.  Icons seem to disappear the first time I open my datapad and switch from waypoints to data or vice versa. If I close and re-open, they do appear properly [reported by JD100 3/18]
78.  Looting takes about 10 seconds per corpse if you were in a group and all other members have left (but you didn't /disband.) If you never grouped looting is still quick [reported by KapowBzapp 3/18]
79.  In Dathomir space, the Dathomir's Vitality and Emperor's Hand hyperpoints are marked by each other's POI waypoints.This is also reflected in the Hyperspace dialog's "distance from Dathomir station" figures, which inaccurately list Vitality as closer  [reported by KapowBzapp 3/18]
80.  The "Noise maker" trap's icon renders extra large and overflows its space [reported by KapowBzapp 3/18]
82.  Instead of saying "Your target's battle fatigue is reducing your medicine's effectiveness" it says "Your battle fatigue is reducing your medicine's effectiveness".  This is saying that the healer is the one with the high BF, even though it is the target that has it. [reported by Kitoth 3/18]
83.  Padawan Trials fail often and are bugged on Rori [multiple reports 3/18]
84.  Equip a ranged weapon. Go prone within range of your target of choice (I like Stormtroopers ). Type "/attack". Then hit Ctrl-K. Then click your auto-attack in your Abilities window. [snip] Special attacks seem to work normally while prone, but you cannot perform default attacks while prone.[reported by Mujadaddy 3/18]
85.  The patch notes (v. 0.114815) say no more critial failures, however Bio-engineers are failing and losing tissues [reported by hiban 3/18]
86.  You cannot add or remove "guild:[tag]" to a structure any more.  This is very painful in many cases [multiple reports 3/18]
62.  Creatures warp >80m when near death to avoid being killed   [updated by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
44.  The /loot command and radial option seems to not respond at times and completely broken other timses   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
51.  Since the GCW patch, base NPCs do not help out fellow faction members from other NPC, or creatures. They will help out from factioned NPCs only [confirmed by Liamo 3/21]
87.  For a while now, no one's been able to drop CAs on the extremely revealing skirt [reported by xixi 3/21]
88.  Radial menu in City Hall intermittently only allowing Examine option. [multiple reports 3/20]
89.  "Butt slide" present. Affecting even characters not sitting. Had a buffing dancer warp completely out of the building, ending buff early. Group monitor never reported her more than 3m away. [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
90.  Characters sometimes sit on the very front edge of chair.  [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
91.  Squills in cave still dropping only 1 hide, bone, or meat.  [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
92.  When using a rifle, the character's hands are in the correct position, but the gun may be cocked upwards at a 30 degree angle. Worst when kneeling, but sometimes happens when standing. [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
93.  Armor "anti-hole": A character can wear armor on the head, chest, and maybe feet/hands, but does not need any on the arms or legs. As long as the character has armor on only the specified locations (and I'll have to recheck if the hands/feet are among them), the rest do not matter.  [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/20]
94.  You cannot remove friends across servers using the UI. [reported by Neogame 3/9]
95.  Generic and Corellian Small Style 2 Floorplan 1 Homes are bugged. The second circular room will not let items be moved up at all. Items can be moved forward, back, rotated but up or down. [reported by GreenDemon 3/22]
96.  The Warren has a problem. The Escapee is MIA. I have been there 4 times so far. He's NOT Spawning any more. No Escaped Prisoner [reported by Everseeker 3/22]
61.  The "/", "+", "-", numbers (at the top), and a few other keys seem to stop functioning for an unknown reason  [moved back due to two reports of this happening again] [reported by Shaina  3/22]
97.  Loot containers in the deathwatch bunker and geonosian lab get bugged every time a rebreather spawns inside them. The rebreathers are unlootable and stay in the containers until server reset. [reported by Crillan  3/22]
98.  I can't delete chat channels any longer that I am admin of. They restore themselves automatically even when nobody is in the room. [reported by Majorxp 3/22]
99.  B-wing flaps still will not open. I know this has been a problem for a while now, JTL is the red-headed stepchild of SWG.  [reported by Treal 3/22]
56.  Chat lag (all channels).  This was reported as fixed, but has returned again.  [reported by VasSmooth 2/23] [confirmed by WildHunter_uk 2/24]
58.  PSGs lose their 40-65% resists from lightsaber when cossing a server boundary, shuttling, or disconnecting [updated by Phaylen 3/23]
102.  Why can I /sit while running, but not /meditate while running? and why do i sometimes "SIT" before I /meditate? [reported by Mujadaddy/bixby]
103.  Walking off a ledge then walking back into the object sometimes lets you walk right thru the wall [reported by NeenerNeener]
104.  When you run into a cantina too fast and do not turn the corner in time, you run through the wall into the Twilight zone. The only way out is to back out of the building. [reported by Moya'] [confirmed by Majorxp 3/22]
105.  The music bug. If you have an instrument equipped but are not playing and someone in the group uses the /change command, you get stuck so music appears to be coming out of you but you cannot flourish and get no xp. You can un-equip the instrument and run around and the notes follow you. On several occasions, I have only been able to fix it by dying. [reported by Moya']
106.  If you live near a server boundary, items disappear after you take them out of a house [multiple reports]
107.  Dismounting a bike while still moving results in running at the bikes speed [reported by BlkHwkDwn] [confirmed by Majorxp 3/22]
108.  Getting the radial menu to appear on (items with radial menus) sometimes takes forever. [reported by Niven2k3] [confirmed by Majorxp 3/22]
109.  When you burst run, then stop to (For example) get a ticket, it still counts as running and you become tired. This occurs even if you have only been running about 5 meters.  You then have to wait to 'get your breath back.'  [reported by Niven2k3]






Major UI GCW Issue:

Broken Skill Mods:
There are so many issues with skill mods (skill tapes and armor attachments) that they get their own section
100.  Tapes with dual mods - only the highest mod works, or the first if they are the same strength
101.  Lots and lots of broken mods - some are for mods that are not in the game, others have no functionality why are these still in the loot table? [reported by Mujadaddy/bixby]



Stuff that seems not to work as intended and may or may not be bugs either:
If a Dev could comment on any of these, that would be grrreeaattt......[OS]
45.  PVE Bases are TOO easy...If they can be soloed without buffs, they are not even worth the effort of putting down
38.  If a factioned person drops a cloner, nobody can auto clone there.  According to MatBrown, no players should be able to clone in any player placed cloner.  Whichever it is, you cant have it both ways. [updated by MatBrown 3/22]



Documented as being worked on:
60.  Spawns seem to be everywhere after server reset and slowly stop until there are almost no spawns at all after a few days with no reset  [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15]

If anyone can confirm these are still unfixed, please let me know.
63.  High-end Loot being dropped at the 'normal' rate (krayt)?
18.  When you login, if you right-click on a macro on the toolbar and choose edit, it will not edit the macro, rather it will show you a blank screen  [updated by Crimsonsplat 3/16]
73. Recycler parts no longer dropping   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15]  [reported as fixed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]
34.  When someone uses /setperformance on you, the system message uses the wrong pronoun, "their" instead of "his/her"  [reported  as possibly fixed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]

65.  The buff monitor window will forget you have buffs if you CTD or get disconnected including swapping toons (YES - this was a big one for me...I really struggled with this for a long time) [confirmed by Majorxp]
66.  Aakuan named loot does not seem to drop anymore
67.  System group loot messages on the ground no longer work (** See above )  [confirmed by Majorxp]
68.  Dialogue boxes replicate if you use multiple boxes with multiple tabs  [confirmed by Majorxp]
69.  When attacked and you don’t attack back, it lists "ENEMY XXX" instead of the attackers name  [confirmed by Majorxp]
70.  XP monitor resets to Novice Politician frequently  [confirmed by Majorxp]
64.  RIS loot items are still not dropping [reported as fixed by MatBrown]
59.  Anti-decay units work on PSGs [TH indicated that anything insurable can be used with the adk - so this is removed]
57.  Crashing will reset all of your toolbars to the default frequently


My Personal Soapbox:
-  All bugs should be listed as either "being worked on", "working as intended", or something.  To simply shrug off bugs and say that they are being prioritized and put away for later is simply ignoring them.  There will always be 'important' things to do and if the lower priority bugs that have been persistent in the game for months never get 'priority', they will never be fixed.  We as players who take our personal time out to document these bugs - with no compensation requested or expected - other than having buggy code be fixed.
- Speaking of bugs, this list should have no purpose.  There should be a list of bugs acknowledged by the devs so we don't have to do this.
-  I sincerely miss the few weeks of "Bug Friday's" where the devs  used to focus on fixing only bugs on Friday.
-  It is getting more and more annoying to see bugs/issues/etc reported on TC and then moved to Live.  This just happened yet again with the widely known exploit reported on TC that migrated to Live.  This continual practice begs a lot of questions....
-  Darth Vader and Leia NPCs susceptible to poison and disease attacks.  They also can be /slapped, /punched, /spit, etc till the cows come home.  This is just plain stupid.  Anyone who /spits on a trooper at least gets fined.  If you /spit on Darth Vader or Leia, you should end up cloned on another planet....instantly....  Would be neat if you got choked like as in the loading screen of SWG and end up cloning at the Imp Prison if you /spit on Darth Vader.
-  Snappy:  Great outside and switch to walking inside (Remember what you learned in Kindergarden - Walking is for inside and running is for outside).
- PSGs with 65% Lightsaber resists + synthsteak + TKM results in Jedi unable to hit someone harder then their regeneration rate.
-  The new patch with PA changes has bad elements:  1. Nobody should be able to take ownership of a structure from somebody else without the person losing the structure giving permission first.  2.  It is a burden to Guild Leaders to requre ownership of PA halls as many have multiple halls and this results in a Guild Leader without any lots to have a personal house of their own - not to mention a harvester.  3.  This limits Guilds to two PA halls, where before it was 'unlimited'.
- Blue Glowies are many of the community's leaders.  By silencing them it is a loss to both the players and SWG.

Updates from me.  All of these are as of 3/16/05 patch; I will always lag one day as I'm reporting the prior night's information. So all my prior posts should be marked as being confirmed one day prior to what they say now. (i.e.: 3/15 to 3/14, 3/16 to 3/15, and todays read 3/16).

Schematics for A Creature Recycler  and a Tatooine Tapestry dropped from Tuskens last night.  These were a "freestanding" spawn near Mos Espa, not Tuskans at the fort.

 (either they are supposed to have LS resists and should not lose this ability on server reset or crossing a server boundary OR should not have them at all....but you can't have it both ways)

I saw a post in today's thread where someone claimed PSG were not workin at all, regarless of anti-decay kits.  I have no experience in the matter.

Rate this fix as "highly speculative."  As I noted in a post yesterday (that I can't find....), in retrospect I think the Piket aggroed the Rebel as he walked close by the battle, but I thought it was an /assist aggro due to how long it was between the walk-by and opening fire.  I am a civilian, and the Rebel should not have assisted me at all.

Ditto.  I'm taking a break from MY job to do Sony's.  To have it ignored....that's BS.

-  Using /bug as a prioritization tool simply awards 'squeaky wheels'.  Listening to who shouts loudest is not a very efficient method.
Enh, the same could be said of this post, so I'm not sure what's the point.

Seriously, it's the gap between distant item rendering, and the "radial fauna" setting.  This is why I don't like that approach to terrain effects, it's just weird to see trees, grass, & buildings fade in and out.  It's even weirder to see it happen with gullies and other irregularities in the terrain.
 
28.  Fountains dried up and lost their water, now is back, but they look pretty bad now because it looks solid like ice [confirmed/updated by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Still broken 3/17.  Noticed it looks *almost* right when you walk up, then the "ice" fades in. It needs some transparency.
 
34.  When someone uses /setperformance on you, the system message uses the wrong pronoun, "their" instead of "his/her"
If you mean the line "gives you their attention" this is grammaticaly correct for non-gender specific texst--but lazier than coding to use his/her. Like #20, I believe this is a feature, not a bug.
 
40.  Pets, droids, vehicles and ships all appear in their default colors and textures in the data pad (instead of actual color) Still broken 3/17 and very annoying.  I can't tell my droids apart without examining them.
 
42.  Recyclers and recycler components are still bugged and un-craftable going on several weeks now  [confirmed/updated by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Correction: I have not attempted to craft these and have no firsthand knowledge.
 
44.  The /loot command and radial option seems to not respond at times and completely broken other timses   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Radial option and double click working but lagged about 2 seconds. Did not try /loot.
 
47.  "Show waypoints on current planet only" option does not save from session to session  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Still broken 3/17
 
48.  When you unclick the option "Show waypoints on current planet only" a second time, it should show all, but it does not  [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15]

50.  When you click on "show waypoints on current planet only" and then you UNCLICK it, it doesn't show all waypoints again until you close your datapad and re-open it   [confirmed by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Duplicates #48
 
72.  Application of customization to my R3 is very spotty. It tends to flicker on the inside of the legs and the joints   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Still broken 3/17.  Noted that it's range-based.  At a distance, it looks ok. As the viewpoint approaches the droid, the joints flicker back to white, as do several patches on the lower part of the main cylinder.
73. Recycler parts no longer dropping   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Possibly fixed. Looted one off a tusken spawn on 3/16.
 
74. Loot kit parts no longer dropping   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15] Still broken 3/17.
 
62.  Creatures warp >80m when near death to avoid being killed   [reported by Crimsonsplat 3/15] No new occurances to report. 
Fixed? 51.  Since the GCW patch, base NPCs do not help out fellow faction members from other NPC, or creatures. They will help out from factioned NPCs only [reported  as possibly fixed by Crimsonsplat 3/15] As mentioned above, I now believe this is unlikely to be fixed.

Double-clicking the crafting station to begin crafting will result in the assembly failing to an "internal server error."  This may break all further crafting attempts by the player-- needs testing--but not with my crafter main! :-P

As of 3/20:
 
Loot kit items not dropping.
 
Radial menu in City Hall intermittantly only allowing Examine option.
 
"Butt slide" present.  Affecting even characters not sitting.  Had a buffing dancer warp completely out of the building, ending buff early.  Group monitor never reported her more than 3m away.
 
Characters sometimes sit on the very front edge of chair.
 
Squills in cave still dropping only 1 hide, bone, or meat.
 
Creatures are still warping!!!  Rare but happens.
 
Water in fountains still ugly.
 
When using a rifle, the character's hands are in the correct position, but the gun may be cocked upwards at a 30 degree angle. Worst when kneeling, but sometimes happens when standing.
 
Armor "anti-hole": A character can wear armor on the head, chest, and maybe feet/hands, but does not need any on the arms or legs.  As long as the character has armor on only the specified locations (and I'll have to recheck if the hands/feet are among them), the rest do not matter.
 
Recent fixes noted:
Recycler Parts, vibro motors, magnetic readers dropping again.*
Posters & most schematics dropping again: verified-- Cantina Chair, Slave Braizer, Creature Recycler, RIS poster, party poster, skill tape.*
/loot command, doubleclick, and radial all working.

*Oddity noted on loot last night: the "fix" seems very spotty.  Most low to mid-level mobs dropped loot as noted, but desert demons spawning in Radiant/Bestine were dropping only credits.  On Starsider/Mos Eisley, I killed approx. 35-40 Desert Demons/Swoop Captains & Jabba's Thugs/Thief, etc.with _no_ drops.  I moved to Starsider/Bestine (same char) and loot started dropping ~ 1 in 5-6 kills on Jabba's Thugs, Thieves, etc.

Confirmed tonight-Base NPCs will not help out combatants under attack from mobs. On Tat tonight, I was under attack by 5 spice fiends. I ran towards the Rebel Base NPCs and they said "stand down, he's one of us" but let me die right there.
I assume since there was recognition I was a Rebel, it's not a problem with recogntion of faction.

I remember a post by a dev stating that PSGs were supposed to have LS resists, and the bug was in them losing the resists. With LS resists going in the CU, this probably won't be a problem after that anyway. The post came out just after the veteran rewards were released, but I can't seem to find it in dev tracker. As for the ADKs on PSGs, that is working as intended, PSGs are insurable and ADKs can be used on all insurable items.

Also, I don't know if it was in the general bugs section or not, but PSGs completely stop working when equiped while travelling, crossing server boundary or server reset. They need to be unequiped and re-equiped in order for them to work again.

This is not a bug but is intended.  Dev's put this in place to restrict players from farming meat from creatures that always spawn in the same location.  Its that was in all caves and will always be that way.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but on my computer:
 
I can see a space between the rendering of Twi-Lek heads and Twi-Lek Lekku (top portion.)
 
It's getting on my nerves, but it's not exactly game-breaking. I guess it's just ruining my immersion lol.

I have my doc-alt 'consented' 12 times on my list of doctors who have consent to resus me, and I still need to /consent the doc every time I wish to be revived. A costly mistake in terms of time and now Jedi EXP.

Another grammar error:
 
When you convert your regular XP to FS XP, it says "You loose xxx XP". It should be lose, as loose describes a loose knot, etc..
 
Also, I don't know if this is still a problem (haven't checked recently) the /model emote has a grammar error saying something like "He models him outift" instead of "He models his outfit" or something to that effect.

I had this happen to me yesterday.  March 23rd... Giant Baz Nitch's kept warping massive distances away when they had low health, but not only that, they were floating 100m or so above the ground when I got to them. Not even a lunge could reach them. After 10-15 seconds they finally "fell" to ground level. Also, on occasion, the creatues not only warp away, but will despawn if you don't chase them down quickly enough.
