while i have been shopping for a de-10, i should at least give it a go at trying to get the pieces for myself. thanks for the help on how to do it. my problem is that i'm not sure what i should be looking for when it comes to good numbers for a de-10 unsliced.

By the way, i don't know about you guys, but I don't ever use /healthshot2. It's so much slower that I kill things much faster with /healthshot1. But then, I haven't tried it in a while, with the increased speed I got from finally mastering, maybe it's better now.

HealtShot2 is your best Health-only attack when Speed capped. If you aren't speed capped, BodyShot3 actually works best for you if I remember correctly.

Thanks again for the guide buddy. I won't really be needing to go down there now seen as I received an uber DE-10 from a friend as a gift recently. Now I just need to wait for that vet gift that will give you no decay on one item and my new DE-10 will be that item.

Ok thanks for getting the info on the two loots drops but what else do i need for constructing the de-10. I also take it there are better schematics drops then most and get a yellow barrel instead of what barrel?
Two or three kinds of what tissues or is that how many tissues that it can take? Krayt skins? or is that even a tissue i need have? how does one determine the best ones? (im mainly interested in tissues to use and what kinda krayt things i need for it.)
i guess this is mostly a weaponsmith question but what kind of material does it need for crafting? just so i can supply my own if i don't trust the guy or whomever. I've had weaponsmiths who say they use the best resources to make my weapons but i have found just by first hand experiance and second hand opinions that they did'nt actually use the resources they led you to believe.
And i'am currently running through the dungeon but havent gotten a drop in two nights, im guessing it does take awhile?
anything else i need to know?
sorry to bother you guys but could you give me a precise and explantory info of the best kind of resouces for the construction of the de-10 that way i can get the best de-10 for the time and money i spent on it.

OK well lets try to answer all your quesions. First it might take you a while to loot them. I have been down there for 15 minutes and gotten a schem and I have spent 3 days with nothing to show. Just keep at it.
As far as what materials, I know and trust my weaponsmith so I am not sure, might try the WS boards or maybe one here can answer it.
You will need a schem and a barrel. There are two barrels. White ones and yellow ones. The yellow ones are better than the white ones and also more rare.
The tissues mentioned earlier are krayt tissue. You will need 3 i believe to make the DE-10. Info on krayted out guns can also be found on the WS forums. That is all you need to get a really nice gun.
Here is your shopping list.
1-de-10 schem 1-de-10 barrel 3-krayt tissue any materials you dont think your weaponsmith has or thinkt they have carppy ones.
Add them together and start blasting caps at stuff.
Very nice thread. Kinda of off topic but it was being discussed earlier so I'll post my thoughts. I'm going MBH and either going to take Mcarbs or Mpistols. I think having mods in other skilltrees that are required to make you competetive is just stupid. I hope that after the CU accuracy and speed will all be capped once you get master in a non-hybrid combat prof. BH should get near to cap in carbs and pistols but not quite. They should also get competetive specials as good as high end pistoleer ones (they invest alot more SP afterall). That was if you are a master pistoleer you are the best with regards to mods and have good specials. If you are MBH you are ok with mods and have good specials. A combination of both just offers a wider range of specials.
At the moment I'm leaning towards master pistoleer, the BH specials for pistols seem very nice and I like attacking the health pool more than action (duno why ) Using a DE-10 sounds fun too!
Well BH already has far better specials than pistoleer, sorry to say. So you get your wish lol. As for the krayt tissue use. You need 2 krayted powerhandlers it takes one to make the ph schem then the other two to make the actual handlers. That is why it takes 3 for one or 5 for two. The de-10 schem is only one use. IF you got two identical barrels and 5 identical krayt tissues then you could make two de-10s from one schem, but getting two identical barrels is impossible, they only drop one at a time.
It stops decay completely, both from useage and cloning. When you craft your DE-10, it's decay free. Unless you hit the /destroy key, or trade/sell it away, you'll never get rid of it.
