Thats weird. Have you talked to everyone in the cave?
Maybe they really changed it but I doubt that somehow. Well I'm on Bria and it worked like a charm here. I'm gonna get me a few today.

I did it on tempest - the right NPC back room all alone - did give me a kill mission but when I got to the seargent all I got were credits - no loot.

Went into a room with 3 NS on a platform and one npc by them, spoke with her and she sent me offworld to naboo to get algae from a gungan holy man.The other NS's in the cave wont talk to me.

You sure about not needing SMC faction? I first went to the cave with zero faction and got jumped and incapped instantly. I have about 2300 now, and haven't gone back yet. prolly try it tonight.
