He says: "My partner needs to get this briefcase back! He left for a meeting without it. If you can take it to him I'll have him give you some engraved pens from our company business. All the paperwork needs to be signed at the meeting. It is vitally important that it get there."
Follow the waypoint and deliver the briefcase to Ino Spohe. Then return to Acrierma and he will reward you with an engraved pen set. You can also just keep briefcase instead of finishing quest.
This quest can be on any city/planet combo. The database doesn't allow for multiple start places. See any businessman for the quest.
I went there and got a set just now, it's still working. However the quests that the NPC gives out are somewhat random, so it may not be the first job you get.
