Maybe it'd be nice if people did this to cities too - rather than marking each individual house in a city, maybe they could mark the city hall, and if X amount of people don't vote, the city gets blown up. Bwahahaha.

Is there a time frame on how long the structure has to be condemned? Sometimes I forget to pay maint on stuff for a week or so. I could see where this could be a problem....

I like the idea, but knowing the "new content"/"get all rewards" mentality, you had be pretty darn sure the structure is inactive, otherwise there would be no houses left after the patch

I guess houses would only be destroyed if it was both condemmed and the player's account was not subscribed, or would it be condemmed for a minimum time period before the destruction happened?
