Since our team has been working very hard and long hours on NGE I would like to do something special for them. Can you please post CONSTRUCTIVELY what your likes and dislikes are regarding NGE.

Definitely a better feeling of being in the "Star Wars" world

Still liked it, had issues with targeting and hitting the wrong creature but for the most part still positive

What do you like the most about NGE?
I love the new content. From the beginner instanced bit to the Tansarii station, and the new Mos Eisley / Jabba / Rebel / Imperial story arcs. Something that was really lacking from the game; it's not linear, but it guides you through the early stages of the game. I don't think most people have seen it yet, and I think they'll be pleasantly surprised when they do.
What do you dislike about NGE?
The fact that we will be 9 classes of people with no variation whatsoever (unlike the current system where characters could be anything from 30 professions and 250 skill points) .. this may be a problem in the long term
What were your feelings regarding NGE when it was first announced? I was very shocked to say the least, especially not long after i had just purchased ToOW, but after reading what it would be like i started growing to the idea.
What were your feelings when you immeadiately entered the game? I had a quick look around, had a look at the new UI (which i love btw), the sound of C3PO speaking to me, i followed wat he said, i was engrossed and soon as the tutorial started it felt 'very star warsy'
What were your feelings after you played for a hour? running quests around mos eisley was new to me as i have had the same alt for 21months, it all felt like the place was slightly ocming to life.
What class did you choose to play? I played Jedi (as i have one on live) and ive also trying BH
What do you like the most about NGE? The new UI is great, i love the movement although i would like to be able to move my char with my mouse, combat is very good, although very basic...and the graphics seem alot smoother, plenty of quests to do, and i love the way you earn only 1 xp type now
What do you dislike about NGE? Ctrl and R doesnt work for chat now, cant use the mouse to without the keyboard. The waypoint monitor at the very top of screen cant be moved so i cant move my toolbar up there otherwise it will obscure it. My main bad point of the game is the professions, i would like a way so you can surrender 'all' skills (start back at CL 1) without having to delete my char that i would have used for 21 months

Well, for what ive actually played of it, it gives everyone a chance to become a jedi ( which is what most people have wanted in the first place ) and you don't have to use the crappy CTRL key to get into things like inventory...

* Combat is faster-paced, more intuitive and more fun. * HAM regenerates a lot faster now, getting you back into the action. * Tutorial is awesome, story could use a bit of work. * There's lots of quests, from silly ones to things that are actually "meaningful". Good work there.
I don't like:
* Traders can't really get much in the way of any combat skills outside of pilot. Maybe that gets better at higher levels. * Aiming needs to work a little better, or maybe lag needs to be reduced or something. Sometimes it gets choppy and really hard to aim. Of course, that might be countered with the fact that it's pretty hard to aim when you're being smacked in the grill.

I really think that you need to let the combat classes wear all types of armor. It would be pretty boring to say oh theres a bounty hunter because he's in bounty hunter armor and there is a smuggler because he's in recon armor. Just let the armor types have strenghts and weaknesses and have people use different suits for different situations. This will help traders and create at least somewhat of a unique character experience without hurting the game in anyway that I can discern.
I felt that you destroyed an uniqe game, making it like every other game, class and level based without any form of freedom, first thoughts was that this was it....
But then I thought I would at least give it a chance and try out the new changes on a test server before quiting or something like that, after all I have invested 2+ years into this game that sadly hasnt been going the path I had liked. Keeping to the classic saga, jedis rare (with perma death), the old TEF system, docs who need to use items to heal and so on.... freedom to make your character a mix of professions wearing the armor you like because it looks right (Not because its your choosen class armor and forced to wear it...)
Now I am still trying to connect to the test servers, came in for 10 minutes before you took down tc and well I don't know yet.. havent had time to experience the new SWG much yet...

Wow, new cutscenes, its cool, feels like total beta, but its cool, i would give it a long shot of 6+ months to make it great.

I wish i could, crashed when boarded falcon and lost my slot on servers *Sigh*

Officer, however i dont think LEIA is a good example of officer, make it Captian Piett or Needa but not LEIA!

New combat aiming, finnaly SWG is not a add on to chat box and spammin macros in pvp
What do you dislike about NGE?
It needs alot of HARD work and im scared you wont handle it, but i will give you a chance this time, but personally i only dislike feeling of being *not enough rewarded* for being old jedi.
