So we make our way down there. We get into the room with our DE. Can't use the Jetpack Crafting Terminal. You need a Master Artisan to use this terminal. Bah.
We exit, get our guild's master Artisan, and venture back down. We get to the bottom within 20 minutes, the DE opens the door, and the Artisan checks the Jetpack Crafting Droid.
He drops all the compoents onto the droid. Ducted Fan, Injector Tank, Fuel-Dispersion Unit, Alum Minerals, Jetpack Base, Jetpack Stabilizer.
So it says for him to use the terminal to craft it now. It also says he has 30 seconds left. At the exact same second he clicks on the terminal and it says he has 30 seconds on the timer...
We are out millions of credits and countless hours.
We are PISSED.
We want an answer from a CSR Supervisor and/or Pex himself. This is OUTRAGOUS that the Development team bragged about the DWB and showed off the Jetpack and the process is BROKEN.
We are totally speechless. Several of our members might quit over this, as its a last straw for them in this game. I dont know what to say, I am so mad.
The CSR in chat has ignored us, so now we share this story of SOE's failure with you all.
I hope this gets the attention of the Devs/Mods.

The lack of CSR intervention here is very disturbing. We did notify that we were going to attempt this in anticipation that it would be covered in case anything went wrong (imagine that). But surprise no response other than file a ticket
Props to you guys for trying this, and a huge grats on getting down there and getting it done.
However, I do feel that this should have been expected. The way this game is broke for sure, it really does not suprise me.
Good luck with the CSR's will be interesting to see how this plays out but their are a lot of other peeps that have had similar things happen with no recourse, but I definately wish you guys luck.

He was trying to activate the terminal as soon as he saw the message, and it didnt let him (sometimes it posted a system message, sometimes nothing happened.). So no, that is not what happened.
No need for one starring, we are posting it because others have be seeking these parts and the process is bugged to hell and back. So, we COULD of kept this to ourselves and let others get screwed over as well.

And I'm going to say THIS in the most unpolite manner possible.
This is one of those times where everyone pretends to care but nobody really does. I think that most likely the timer starts right when you enter the room. Mabye the message is bugged. Personally I think that probably all of 5 people actually care anyway. If you're going to whine and quit the game because of it, Go for it, nobody will be missed.
