Here's a short guide on what to expect in Act III...

1. After talking to the coordinator, you will be sent to one of the following three planets- Endor, Yavin 4, or Dathomir. Proceed to the waypoint given and converse with the person there. Do not attack him.

After selecting the right choices, you will be asked to proceed to another waypoint. Repair the Grav unit with the grav repair tool the first person gave you, and you will have completed the first part.

2. Return to the coordinator and he will give you another mission to one of those planets listed above. This time, you will be asked to destroy a structure. There are 2 4k HAM NPCs outside the structure, and 3 8k HAM NPCs and 1 4K HAM NPC in the structure.

After killing them, collect the Alderaan Flora from the drum and use the data terminal to set the structure to self destruct.

3. The coordinator will give you one last mission, again to one of those planets. Take the mission from Veers and move to the waypoint. At this last waypoint is a rebel force of 8-9 10K HAM NPCs, about equal to that of Act II.

Kill them, and after that set the structure to self-destruct.

Upon completion of Act III you get 750 Faction Points, and a badge which says ...has successfully helped locate Dead Eye resources.

When you get to about 80m or so from the target, use /conv (/conversationstart.) This way you don't need to worry about your thug faction.

I may be the only dummy that did this, but I deleted the in-game email with the info.  Do any of you still have the info that you can post here?  Thanks!

Imperial Scientist Defects to Rebellion -

Sources within the Imperial Security Bureau revealed today that renowned Imperial scientist Dr. Vacca has defected to the Rebellion. Of immediate concern is control of "Dead Eye", a once top-secret project headed by Vacca.

Imperial Coordinators on Theed, Kadaara, Narmle, Bestine and Restuss are actively recruiting loyal Imperial subjects to help keep Dead Eye out of Rebellion hands. An increase in recruitment by Rebel Coordinators has been reported in the cities of Coronet, Tyrena, Mos Eisley, Mos Espa and Nashal. No word yet on the nature of the services being sought by the Rebellion. Some insiders believe that the Rebels are working to distribute Dead Eye schematics to their supporters in an effort to increase their effectiveness against the Empire.

As always, the Empire has made it known that anyone found assisting members of the Rebellion are traitors to the Emperor and will be dealt with harshly.

So i'm guessing since it sounds like these NPCs are Jabba's faction that Imperial faction pets cannot be used?
