I don't believe anyone in game should have to reveal or be ask to reveal any personal information as it can be used against them but other player as where SOE wouldn't not do so.

Actually Smed just chimed in and said it is not an innapropriate question. It is the context and substance behind the question that is the issue.

not saying it is innapropriate, just that SOE could stop this if they wanted to as they do have some responsability since they run this MMO and if a pedo case spawned off of SWG then you might see a future law suite where SOE might get dragged into becuase the person sueing is going after anyone for some money.

No disagreement here. I'm in the "shoot them" crowd when it comes to anything to do with kids.

You DO live in Texas

I support removing combat classes if keeping them in results in a "dumbed down" game
- I support Devs that know how to design a game

I think the problem here is that everyone sues each other over some of the stupidest things.  But that is the world we live in, the country to be more exact.

These "predators" need a more harsh punishment when they are caught, today, they get let off with little more then a slap on the wrist.

This same person also asked for my 9 year old daughter to be his girlfriend at the same time as asking for her age.

I agree simply asking for age isn't a bad thing. In fact I regularly play in a BF2 clan and we don't allow people under 18 to be in Teamspeak chat.

I am baffled to why everyone thinks there kids are complete idiots.

Maybe the reason why people act the way they do is because everyone expects them to.

I support the integration of a crafting revamp that does not lead to the greifing of combat players.

You all troll too much, is it really that hard to have a legit conversation without someone going into something else?

When we need answers on other things nad they are being ignored, we have to take it where we can.

Well the producer/designer/marketer/leader (What ever he is known by now) just entered a post for the first time in 2 months, I think we can accept a little off-topic chat at the moment
