Just checking but will those people who did not get the Lava Skiff Deed from Lord Vartonis get it?  Or will CSR's be instructed to give them to us if we refile our old ticket.  I originally filed a ticket and the CSR's gave the known issue, cannot help reply.

TH, by Alt-mode do you mean Mouse-mode (Toggled by Alt)?

TH, while you are at it, can you advise when we will be able to get the Trando Suppresor Pistol reward.  Did the quest last week, but got no reward...

Thanks, keep up the good work

I don't know but I am looking into it.

Easyer why don't you let CSR reset any quest so you don't need to worry fixing the quest then giving back teh rewards to people  who already finished them?

Even it would let people redo any quest if they got stuck for any reason and there is a work-around...

I agree it would let a few people to abuse this system but what's the deal when it would make thousands happy

Won't there be a conflict with this function since there is no way to remap the "Specials Activate" feature of the right-mouse?

Maybe I'm missing something with this, but having a Special fire off at the wrong time while using Right Mouse Button (ie Button2) is a possible waste of Action and special timer.

Changes - they all seem great but this game has not been fun since the hologinding days- that might have been an unhealthy way to play but it was fun. I am wondering why noone is staying in this game? Not many ppl online anymore - this is getting to be the most boring game- I am wondering now if I keep my account open will it eventually be worth it? Even new ppl dont last long in this. So maybe I can play with a few of the ppl who are faithful to SWG in hope of a better tomorrow. If I dont see some server re growth soon I will be cancelling my accounts. And this is a flame at the devs for NGE. Edit my chat so I can for once see that you actually read this stuff. I would guess that SOE has lost 60% of business since NGE. Maybe they should re think it. Go back and fix the old system- NGE will not ever be as good as the old system - this is causing SOE to lose accounts all the time- i know business is to make money- why create this NGE to lose money- must be a pride thing to make the game worse and not say sorry and revert back to something that was fun and worked. For the devs to continue in this path is in my opinion a failure for SOE. A steady downflow of accounts (lets see ... less money) hmm - I guess it is true what ppl say - customer service is constantly going down in this world. Hard to find ppl who give a @#%! anymore. SOE for SWG should have focused on fixing bugs from the beginning- make the system work like it should - then add something new - but adding something new doesnt mean change the way we play. Since I started this game I have seen bugs after bugs after bugs lol - and when they finally fixed a bug they changed something adding 10 more bugs. If they couldnt fix it then they did away with the instance which caused it.

I HOPE NEW PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THIS - SOE HAS LOST ALMOST ALL VETERANS WHO STARTED THIS GAME AT LAUNCH DUE TO THEIR CHANGES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (FAILURE TO FIX BUGS BEFORE MAKING MAJOR CHANGES WHICH CREATED MORE BUGS). SOON ELDER ANYTHING WILL BE RARE. WE ARE ALL LEAVING DUE TO THE UNFUN CHANGES IN THE GAME. I ENJOYED THIS GAME FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR UNTIL THE FIRST CU AND NOW NGE THE SECOND CU. I USED TO SEE LOTS OF PPL IN ALL CITIES - NOW MAYBE 5 TO 10 IN THE MAJOR CITIES - NOTHING LIKE THE HUNDREDS THERE USED TO BE.

Cant trade anything anymore- No Trade - or its BIO linked- they dont like ppl makig credits off forums this way lol - xp used to be easier or atleast more fun earning. Quests now take too long - need to much info! I like the quests - but they are more boring than grinding a lair of Pikets.

Eelon,Kaidenn, Alina, NEOP, Aileron, Tipa, Hnter, Wargod, Mayce, and all my other accounts lol.

yes - there will be a conflict, but it looks as though that conflict unfortunately can exist now if you play in alt mode (which the majority of people including myself seem to do). It doesn't happen real often, but it can happen.

Here's the good news -

The team is working on allowing you to remap the main weapon and specials activate button from left and right mouse buttons to any button or key.

This should be up on TC in the next few days or so.

Like the UI changes, can't wait to log onto TC and try them.  Thanks!

Just read smeds reply, sounds great.  I'm glad that you play the game enough to realize that we really want to be able to make ourselves comfortable playing, and that giving us these options will greatly help the reviews of the game.

I've come to like the 'fast action', and humbly agree that it is more 'star warsy.'  I just don't like the controls as much.

I do not support the NGE, but I do support the game and those trying to make it better.

I enjoyed camping.

If the majority of people play with the "alt" system who's the genious that came up with the primary system? Actually a better question is, how did the primary system get past Test Center, or even out of internal testing?

Better yet, just put all the controls back to the way they were before the NGE. Problem solved.
