I was CL90 and respec'd to a crafter and when I respec'd back, I was only CL80. Both Thunderheart and CS support said I should be CL90 and they recognized I was 90 before.
They said development is working on it and I am slightly skeptical that it will be addressed.
I've been reading the replies to that other thread nearly all day. Thanks to those of you who are contributing with your top items. We will be posting a formal list, but I did want to respond to a couple of issues I noticed pretty consistently.
1. Lag - We have seen some high latency in some parts of the game and it's being worked on.
2. Targeting - this actually seems like the #1 issue and we'll be tackling it asap. Can we get some focused ideas on specifically what could make it better? Please assume the fast-action style of combat stays.. are there suggestions on what could improve this?

Target lock. You should be able to integrate this with the FPS system currently in live. Other FPS games have it. And it would make everything a LOT better.

In all honesty I think you should just go to the lock target method and still have the single click hold to do a primary attack. As long as you've got your target and are pressing buttons you should just attack your target if you are in range. It can still be action paced without having to put your cursor over the target... it's just annoying that you can't attack someone if they go into a group of dead banthas or something.
Think about huge scale 40 v 40 PvP.... targeting will be rediculously impossible and you will never be able to stay on 1 target. It's just not a good system imo. Go for a target lock system and leave everything else like it is... no more hover aiming, it really ruins the feel.
Is there not a way to target lock and keep the fast action combat? I honestly don't see why not. We need a target lock.
That's a starter, also melee attacks need to be able to work when moving since ranged opponents will kite all day long otherwise and Jedi will remain impotent shadows of what they should be, rather than the equals they at least deserve to be.
I dont understand this post. Why must we fix your mistakes? Give us something we all love.

1. SLOW SPEED RUN (IN COMBAT, OUTSIDE COMBAT)
2. TARGET SPECIFIC MOB and ability to hit only mob...
3. MOST IMPORTANTLY TARGET "NOT TO CHANGE" WITH MOUSE OVER! ONLY WHEN CLICKED ONCE...

2. Just make it so when you click and HOLD DOWN, you automatically stay locked on and doing damage till you let off. (So lock can't be broken by someone walking in front of you.) And maybe some sort of secondary system that'd allow you to tab targets so we could use some items that don't work in this new system.
This would do away with the whole twitch based crap many people are having a problem with and would be even faster than what we have now.

Make the targetting the way it is, but once the mouse is over the target, right click locks it. Once the target is locked, you STILL need to be aiming at the target to hit it, but at least you won't shoot something else by accident. As it is right now it makes me feel nauseous. Also, special actions should NOT require a right click, simply press the key and it fires. Or press the key and the next LEFT click will shoot the special.
Oh and, slowing down the game a tad wouldn't hurt either.
