The answers we've been given by Garva are all we are going to be given for now.  So we need to stop asking variants of the same question and refocus ourselves on the matter at hand.
 
  1. It seems that the former method of camping low level thug spawns for hours is not going to be feasible. 
  2.  It has been hinted by some members of the Jedi community that non-static spawns have been dropping crystals
  3. Jawas have also been hinted at as dropping crystals

Lets get out there and start looking around for other ways to get crystals besides /targetCycleOutward

I have no intention of being a jedi...... I loot crystals all the time......

and I looted 3 yesterday, they are all on display in my house.... (50 or more)

and im not telling you jedi freaks of nature nothin....

P.S. I'm very disturbed by Jedi, they have made the whole game one big AFK grindfest. So that's where I'm coming from....

I speak for the people who though we were playing Star Wars Galaxies, not Jedi Academy....

You guys should be rare. I know on kauri alone there are hundreds (300+). You are not rare, anyone with the money and time to grind professions can be one. That my friend is a big fat JOKE.

It has ALWAYS been the case where non-static spawns drop crystals.  ALWAYS.  You can get them off anything from Jawas to Nightsister slaves.  Anyway, my last crystal was as follows:

Number killed before drop:  Several

Type of Crystal:  Yellow Single
