I have made a preliminary list of miscellaneaous bugs/issues.
I left out the top 5 issues and the current hot topics on purpose, this is more the secondary stuff.
If anyone has additional ones I don't have covered please add your own!
In no particular order:
AP doesn't work. I don't see why this isn't fixed, there is no difference between Master and 4444 guardian except for force choke. The +500 force is negligible, and you aren't going to be using dervish unless you have some crazy twin crystals...
Regen is ridiculously low compared to force power costs. Even at Jedi Master you cannot use more than a few force powers without a several minute downtime, and around 7 minutes just to get half your force bar back as Light side master, and 8.5 minutes at Dark Side master. It should be doubled or tripled in my opinion at all levels. It is riduculous that a Jedi master is "exhausted" after choking 2 people...
Force run will not break when you swim, yet you cannot activate it while swimming
The new Jedi email is very out of date especially in reference to permadeath
the trail on saberthrow is always red regardless of saber color
saberthrow can be spammed which will halt the animation
Jedi cannot block any melee attacks
Jedi does not need their saber out to block ranged attacks (possibly a good thing since you can actually defend without a TEF, yet its still a bug)
Force run must wear out to be reapplied, you should be able to keep it going if you pay the force cost
Animal scare works but costs 1000 force, that can't be right
stopbleed does not always work during combat
Animal calm costs 500 force, also seems too high
Choke costs 1500 force but only shows the initial damage, the damage over time does not show but instead says "that target is out of range." FYI it costs 1500 force and will not only prevent the target from doing anything, but will kill any unbuffed player in PVP. Its ruthless.
Weaken 2 costs 800 force, seems too high
Totalheal other costs 1000 force, again too high
Animal attack does not work properly, it costs 1200 force to activate, then uses an additional 500 force per second while doing nothing.
intimidate does not work on high level mobs (not jedi specific as this is a problem for all intimidate effects but is very important for us)
intimidate does not work the first time used, and must be used twice (notable it will not charge you force for the first time)
heal other and a variety of attack specials will lock you in place unless you continually run before, during and as the animation starts and ends.
saber schematics in the datapad are not listed correctly compared to actually crafting
pearls cannot be used in polearm sabers making them highly undesireable and making the polearm dervish special labelled the "ultimate" move not very ultimate as crystals tend to have absurd force costs in general
mind trick costs 1200 force, way too much
lightning specials do negligible damage in PvP compared to their force costs: single1- 200, single 2- 500, cone1 - 500, cone2 - 750. A better solution would be to make these specials on/off. Activating them would cost relatively little force with damage and force costs active until the special is turned off. This would also more accurately reflect the use of lightning as seen in ROTJ. As a tradeoff for damage over time, there is little use for lighting other then showing off considering it takes ~10% of your force bar per use at master.
Lightning damage does not count for loot rights.
saber specials targeting different pools are tied to the particular saber, i.e. 2 handed sabers are necessary to hit the action pool, this is cumbersome and unecessary.
Special costs are tied directly to the quality of pearl/crystal. There should be no difference in sabers other then its "strength" or damage. Why one saber should cost 270 force to flurry over another that only costs 70 makes no sense and is truly limiting
cone attacks (and this goes for all cone attacks) are incredibly hard to aim during combat. You have to target the furthest opponent to "catch" all the inbetween opponents in the cone of effect. Instead the cone should extend out a particular distance (preferably based on skill level) and effect all enemies in that range regardless of the actual target.
sabers deal kinetic damage only, highly limiting their viability
many force powers deal kinetic damage and scale according to the power of your saber, this makes no sense
your saber will ignite if you are holding it and use a force power. Why the saber has to pop out to heal someone makes no sense.
almost all force powers are a variation of a stream going from you to the target with different angles and colors most of which have little to do with the actual power.
you can see lightsabers from incredible distances
Force run does not give Jedi experience when used The heals in the Apprentice tree have too much of a delay when used and heal too little to be effective.
Two handed sabers have no block animation
Turret fire cannot be blocked

Saber Slash 2 - posture change instead of knockdown
+30 Knockdown Accuracy at Manipulation 2 in the Knight tree actually decreases knockdown accuracy
+3 twohanded saber accuract at initiate instead of +30 like it should be
if you have force run activated..then hit burst run...wait untill burstrun wears of and you will be walking at normal speed yet forcerun is still activated

the bounty missions are a jedi/bounty hunter bug and issue.........we have isusses too arj....tell your jedi ...fighting is part of the game.. they are grouped as well as bounty hunters... we have problems and so do they....and we need to be a lil more understanding about each others problems... and work trough them together.....i figured id appeal directly to you since youre on..

I don't know if this is a general bug or just a Force Knockdown bug, but most of the time I used it today, the mob would only pop down for about .5 sec, and during the time it was standing/supposed to be KD'd, I didn't get the 50% dmg increase. Kinda sucked for the KD/Mind Blast exp.
Before this, I still got the 50% dmg increase, even if it showed the mob as standing when they were supposed to be KD'd.

Actually I do use Force_Jedi_Grey. And that is why there is soo many interface colors to choose from. You think they suck and I happen to like one of them. Its still a bug none the less and should be addressed eventually. (not saying it should go before other bug fixes of course)

Awesome post. I think these issues should be number one on the devs to do list. The jedi class should be fixed before we start worring about Light verse Dark. Its very disapointing to hear that, that many force powers and moves are buged.
I totally agree that most of the force power costs are way too high, 1000 force cost to scare an animal away from you(pfft your better off killing it).
Also all the force moves are directly related to your sabers damage, its more like our sabers are a magical rode then any thing.
You never heard Obiwan say "Hey Vader chill for a minute I gotta regen my force power." Followed by a reply by Vader "Crap I better chill too, I only have 3000 force power ya know."
