Quest: C3-PO Rebel Theme Park, Corellia (5 steps)

Cool Factor: Since it's C3-P0, lots. Low quality of the storyline rapidly degrades it to none

Difficulty: None; in stark contrast with the mission text

Faction Requirements: Rebel

Location (not exact): "Hidden" Rebel Outpost, Corellia. Follow Imperials out of Kor Vella.

Bugginess: Not directly buggy, each step fails to meet up to its storyline or to present a challenge, and the rewards feel like 3PO is giving you the birdie. "Escort" missions can't work (NPCs get stuck at zone lines), and don't work (I just tag the npc and hit burst run)

Reward: Decent - unless you're a wookie.

Quest: Wedge Rebel Theme Park, Corellia (5 steps)

Cool Factor: None.

Difficulty: None.

Faction Requirements: Rebel

Location (not exact): "Hidden" Rebel Outpost, Corellia. Follow Imperials out of Kor Vella.

Bugginess: All worked, with the usual escort mission caveats. Several people report misplaced NPCs.

Reward: Decent - unless you're a wookie.

Quest: Leia Rebel Theme Park, Corellia (5 steps)

Cool Factor: For being "Leia", lots. On completion? "I coulda cleaned my toenails instead".

Difficulty: The missions themselves posed none. I ran into some agro mobs due to the longer distances.

Faction Requirements: Rebel

Location (not exact): "Hidden" Rebel Outpost, Corellia. Follow Imperials out of Kor Vella.

Bugginess: All worked, dissapointing as above tho.

Reward: Novel.

Quest: Niem Numb, Lok (5 steps)

Cool Factor: Mission text is interesting, missions aren't. A definite improvement over Corellia.

Difficulty: Dodge the (non-mission) monsters. Pretty easy still tho.

Faction Requirements: Rebel

Location (not exact): Lok

Bugginess: All worked.

Reward: I don't remember.

Quest: Han Solo, Lok (5 steps)

Cool Factor: For Han, woot! Mission story's back to dull and unimmersive and un-challenging.

Difficulty: Not letting your cat do the missions while you write a thesis on navel lint.

Faction Requirements: Rebel, Masochism

Location (not exact): Lok

Bugginess: Missions were so basic as to not provide a chance for bugs; rest of quest not implemented on live server at this time.

Reward: Novelty value.

Quest: Get a speaker!

Cool factor: Depends on whether you like amplifiers in your house

Difficulty: easy

Faction: none

Location: I think I got this from a thief behind the cantina in the circle of buildings on the edge of Bestine.

Bugginess: none for me

Reward: A loudspeaker to place in your home.  Nice prop for Musicians.

Well it looks like our little thread is having its 15 minutes of fame. A word of welome to the new folks on this thread. I've found it immensely useful and I hope you do to. Just a brief reminder that the focus of this thread is on working fun quests, not discussions about broken quests, requests to devs to fix things, etc. I posted a format in the original message that seems to be working well, please try to follow it. Also, please try not to provide spoilers but rather hints so that players can find their own way. Lastly, check to make sure the quest isn't already posted before you post it.

I'll try to post a quest summary in a while listing the quests that have been listed so far.

Thanks,

Grommond

Actually these don't require imperial faction! In fact, since the rebel theme park is slightly broken (No Lance/Ackbar), doing missions for the scientist guy in the back of the main prison building (the third of which spawns Ackbar) is the only way currently known to talk to Ackbar and do one more step of the Rebel thempark. I did the first mission for him, killing a nightsister, but didn't want to kill the Singing Mountain Clan Witch in the next mission and take that faction hit; so I'll wait for the real fix to the Reb theme Park. Gained 10 Imp FP's (-1165 now, woot), but didn't lose any Reb. Also in the Imp Prison, sneak into the cave and check out the mutated rancor.

Another cool thing to check out on your way to or from the Prison is the Singing Mountain Clan vs Nightsister battlefield. Help out your favorite side, but watch out - they'll agro you once you've killed all the other side.

Quest: Imperial Prison on Darthomir

Cool Factor: Talking to a cannible in a prison cell & getting Imp faction for doing missions for him, Doing missions for imperial Prison Officials and.... wait for it.... Getting Imp Faction For It!

Difficulty: Bring friends. Lots of them. With very high Level skills. Hard as all heck. unless of course you like dieing to a bunch of nightsisters, then go ahead and solo these badboys.

Faction Requirements: Imp Faction might be necessary, confirmation please?

Location (not exact): Way the far west from the Outposts, well past the night sister camp, about 6500m from the outpsot in the middle of the map.

Bugginess: None that I have seen on either the cannible's missions or the Warden's missions (the guy in the back of the building, not the front)

**Note** as of the most recent patch, you can make a waypoint to this place by hitting ctrl+v and going to the bazaar terminals section, there will be bazaar terminals that show up out in the west of the map way up in the NW region. That is the prison, make a waypoint and off you go.

quest: maurader quests on endor

Cool factor: very cool get to kill ewoks, even though I dont like to and a Gorax which has like 30k HAM and you get a set of maurader armor some of the quests give you nothing but a little credits and maurader faction

Difficulty: fairly diffucult you have to first kill like 10 mauraders to access the 4 people in the camp that give the quests and the quests offer varios degree's of difficulty the Gorax needs at least 4 people to kill and some pets medics are recommended medium to high level characters only really.

faction req.- None i hade -5000 maurader faction and can still do the quests you will lose some panshee faction but it is easily regained

location: about 5k m SW of the smugglers outpost not sure on exact coords its in another thread around here somwhere

buginess: none that I encountered

Just a note that I have +5000 faction with marauders and I'm still KoS so don't rely on faction.  As an afterthought, is faction broken?  What's the point of it on aggro mobs anyway?

Quest: Help Garm Bel Ibis, General of the Rebellion (He doesn't seem to be a general now, but he will be)

Cool Factor: Not bad.  I just thought it was cool to meet the guy.  And the storyline is reasonabley consistent through all the missions.

Difficulty: The first 2-3 are simple delivery missions, though the targets sometimes have stormtrooper guards.  They get harder.  Mission 4 was to kill a BH that conned red to me (novice pistoleer).  Mission 5 was a 'stormtrooper commander' and 2-3 troopes.  Bring a friend to mission 5.

Faction Requirements: Don't know, I'm a Rebel already.  But be prepared to lose Imperial faction on the later missions.

Rewards: Pay is pretty decent for an NPC.  I got about 1000 credits for the later missions.

Location: The capital building, Coronet City, Correllia.  He's in a room to the right of the entrance.  His assistant stands out front, she has some missions too.

Bugginess: None that I know of.

Quest: Fetch an antique from a thief/thug

Cool factor: It's a broken lightsaber - does it get any cooler?

Faction: none given, none required

Location: Dathomir, the northmost outpost, talk to the NPCs.

Difficulty: The mission itself is easy, the Baz Nitch spawns nearby are the hard part. Maskscent recommended.

Bugginess: Nothing last time I was there.

Just thought I mention the ATST Helmet mission. I know it has been mentioned in other threads but the seam to get it wrong.

location: Mos Taike Tattooine

Go talk to an NPC named BREN in Mos Taike. He is across the street from the local tavern.

Do Bren's missions and accept his food items. Then when you complete the mission for the helmet just keep the helmet and go to another NPC to cancel your mission. Then you can return to Bren and do it again for another helmet or 20. Just don't turn in the helmet or he will take it and give you an eopie pie and you won't ever be able to work for him again.

you have to walk to Mos Taike from Mos Entha but it is not too far. Beware of dewbacks and dragonetts (small krayt dragons) they are tough to solo and travel in packs.

reward: an eopie cream pie and other displayable food items (skip the reward keep the helmet)

You can't wear the helmet, but if you put it on top of a grey flight suit with some white gloves and boots it makes for good decoration. I have 2 set up as decorative armor in my naboo home entryway.
