FYI, Corran Horn used to appear at the steps of a eastern PA Hall in Doaba Guerfel, Corellia. If you step just inside the Hall and spin your view carefully his name will appear where he is supposed to be standing, but either he's been bugged so long the devs forgot about him, he's inside the wall on under the steps, or he's moved and they forgot to take the name marker down.

When they fix it, I'll do the quests he gives. Probably the same kind of things Karrde hands out.

mandalorian armor is not in the game yet.  this was stated by a CSR the other day in a chatroom while servers were down.

CSR's are idiots never believe what they say. I talked to one CSR that did not know about the Emperor's Retreat on Naboo, and thought they had removed the Dismiss button from Faction pet's so I must have given my faction pet the command to delete him. Never believe anything unless it comes from a dev... Kinda like the whole "diseasing a corpse or poisoning a corpse" is an exploit rant... CSRs are idiots.

lets see if i cant steer this thing back on topic...

Quest: Liberate a village from Tusken Raiders

Cool Factor: No interesting reward, none at all if i remember right, but its nice fun, entertaining battle to re-take the beat to hell village.

Difficulty: Very difficult, i was able to solo it but only by dissecting the tusken group and scattering them(large force of tusken, one "tusken king" in command, he is your main target) Highly recommend you be fairly skilled in an elite combat profession.

No faction requirement that i know of

Location: Camp out in the middle of the desert, fairly close to the sarlacc on tatooine, you should be able to see the camp from a good distance away

Not bugged at all, works perfectly

and another...forgive me if im vague this one I did quite a while ago..

Quest: CorSec missions for Garm Bel Iblis

Cool Factor: Interesting group of missions, very cool if your interested in the EU, Gen. Iblis is a pretty popular character, though these only reward faction and low amounts of credits

Difficulty: not to tough, but skill in combat is still needed. You'll be up against small squads of stormtroopers.

Rebel only, as I mentioned above you'll be engaging Imperial Troops.

Location: Building in coronet coronet, corellia. Youll see a corsec agent outside of it

Bugs: Didnt seem bugged to me, though I think your meant to go through Iblis' assistant before being able to access his missions, though this is not the case

The whole 'we don't want to put crafters out of a job' Deal is starting to agrovate me..Hinders quest pay out..

Why have quests that give rewards that can be earned in a matter of seconds..? (30c -vulgar up and down hand motion, the jerking one-)

Really adding some items that players can't craft as quest loot isn't going to throw the economy out of whack, For example fix the night sister quests and add their clothing/backpack/weapon to the rewards lists.

I don't have anything constructive to add, all the 'good' quests are here, you won't find anything else other than maybe another badge quest..

Quest: Imperial Prison on Darthomir

Cool Factor: Talking to a cannible in a prison cell & getting Imp faction for doing missions for him, Doing missions for imperial Prison Officials and.... wait for it.... Getting Imp Faction For It!

Difficulty: Bring friends. Lots of them. With very high Level skills. Hard as all heck. unless of course you like dieing to a bunch of nightsisters, then go ahead and solo these badboys.

Faction Requirements: Imp Faction might be necessary, confirmation please?

Location (not exact): Way the far west from the Outposts, well past the night sister camp, about 6500m from the outpsot in the middle of the map.

Bugginess: None that I have seen on either the cannible's missions or the Warden's missions (the guy in the back of the building, not the front)

**Note** as of the most recent patch, you can make a waypoint to this place by hitting ctrl+v and going to the bazaar terminals section, there will be bazaar terminals that show up out in the west of the map way up in the NW region. That is the prison, make a waypoint and off you go.

if you are a rebel you never find the "shadowstone", cant complete 2nd mission

but that gives you the ability to farm rancor tamers and dark jedi knights since you can rinse and repeat

Not true, we had a group of Rebels out running these missions last night .. they were able to find the "shadowstone" I believe and complete the 2nd mission.  I'll check for sure tho, but I know that they were able to proceed with all the missions they've encountered there so far.

OK, so it took me too long to do this I apologize. I started a version 2 for this thread here:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=game_guides&message.id=67615

I've coalated most of the quests in this thread, organized them by starting planet, and posted them to the new thread. If Q were looking to sticky something, he should probalby do the new thread. Hopefully we can keep the bump quotient down a bit and get some new quests posted.

Thanks *very* much to everyone who posted quests to this thread!

Quest: Do some missions for Talon Karrde

Cool Factor:  I was in the middle of reading the "Hand of Thrawn" series, and hanging out in the cantina, and check it out- there's Talon Karrde standing right there!  Reward is a little cash (more as you complete the later steps- don't be put off by the platry payout from the first leg).  You also get a broken piece of scientific equipment that looks like it would look cool in a house.  Also has a good story.

Difficulty: Guessing level 3-4 in a novice combat skill- not sure since the combats were so easy.

Faction requirements: None that I know of, but you lose a little Jabba faction (which it sounds like doesn't mean anything).

Location: Cantina in Doaba Gurfel, Corellia

Bugginess: Nope

I think Talon's quests are actually sort of the opposite faction quests for the Shalera the Hutt missions from the Tyrena Cantina.  Sadly, since Shalera is bugged, I can't be sure.  But Talon does mention something about the "Lady Hutt" on the same planet.  Can't wait for these to all be fixed.

Quest: Help Discover the secrets of the Nightsister's powers(not exact name)

Location: Dathomir Imperial Prison(main building in the far back room to the left)

Coolness factor: Sorta cool cause you learn about the Nightsisters and Singing Mountain Clan's involvment with the Force. But the guy is a mad scientist so it a little weird.

Rewards: some cool force crystels(won't say exactly) if you keep the items and do the missions again, but the normal payouts are just a few hundred credits and some imp faction.

Difficulty: Need some higher level weapon skills in an advanced profession, and prolly a good tank pet unless you get a group to do them with.

Faction requirements: None that i saw, although you get the mission from an imp scientist, but i was rebel and did them.

Bugginess: Well alot on the 3rd mission. It is the one that spawns General Ackbar as a Nightsister pet, lol. I assume if it was working correctly the objective would be to kill the pet and then escort the Nightsister back to the Scientist. First, there was no pet cause Ackbar was there instead, Second, once i got the Nightsister back to the base, the ST's and AT-ST's there killed the Nightsister and then agroed on me. So, obviously this quest is messed up but the 1st and 2nd quests work fine and are well worth doing for the Force Crystals.

P.S. The prisoner quests are by far the best quests i've done. It was the first time i saw a npc Jedi use a Lightsaber and the storyline for these with the Sith involvment is awesome. The loot is awesome too, you get some cool sith stuff plus i got some Nightsister armor and a Nightsister Lance but i think they were random drops. The lance had skill mods on it which was cool cause i never seen a weapon before with skill mods, and the armor is cool looking if you ever seen Nightsisters but i couldn't equip it.

Also, pleeeease fixe the 3rd quest Q, in doing so it should bring about fixing the end of the Rebel Theme Park quests
