I have finished jabbas palace and have killed a million valarians and have a great rating with both of them (hutt and jabba factions) and I also get a random red agro jabba once in a while. This defently should not be, heck the jabbas should help you if they see you getting attacked when you have a high rating just like the rebels and imps do!
